Store says it opens at 10 and the doors are locked at 10:15 ? Today is Saturday.Update: It's now 10:30 :( I even had time to order pizza next door

Came to this location to get help recovering my Google account since i had super important things safed in that account, the young lady named Olivia was very helpful and polite. She helped me through the whole processed. She made my day by showing me that everything i was scared of losing was transferred over to my new device. I would love to see more employee's like her that makes the dificult things look easy.

The guy named javon didn't want to give me a reciept due to the fact that he over charged me and wasn't trying to admit it. I also ask to see the manager of the store and he said historically that he was the manager after he said that he started screaming telling me to get out off the store. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone since they love to take advantage of their clients.

The representative said the phones are incompatible with Cricket network. We went to another Cricket store and guess what! the phones are compatible and we established two lines. Unprofessional!
