The staff at this store are extremely helpful and friendly, especially the pharmacist Bob. No matter when I come in if I have a question they always take time to answer my questions. I will continue to use this CVS for all my Rx’s.

I have been going to this pharmacy for quite a while. I have never had any issues with my prescriptions, however the Pharmacist as well as one of the ladies are very rude. It seems like they don't like their jobs otherwise they would have better customer service. I finally had all my prescriptions transferred and what a difference it has made. These people definitely know how to treat the public.

It was about 10 minutes before closing time when I showed up for my medication. The Technician prepared the medication in an expeditious and courteous manner, and i was also able to talk to the Pharmacist as well.

I have been coming here for years. I was in Korea 5 years and every time I came home they were so good to get prescriptions for longer periods of time. To this day they are still amazing

I don't like leaving bad reviews. I don't. I like having good things to say about people and places. But I've been taking a daily medication for well over a year, and almost every time it's time to refill it, it's delayed by days or even a week. This time, they wanted me to pay full price for half the medication I was supposed to get, and just get it refilled when I run out 15 days early, when it's controlled and can't be refilled early like that. I was waiting for 20 minutes while they fixed this, a problem I had to point out and explain, and not once in either part of this transaction was I asked for my ID, which is legally required for controlled substances. I had to hand over the ID unprompted. While I was waiting, I was told to wait just a little longer multiple times, before being told to stand elsewhere and wait so they could help multiple people who came after me before addressing my prescription, all the while they'd yet to clear my information from the system until I asked about it. I don't like being rude, but this is just ridiculous.
