Horrible customer service, went to look for cleats and the guys there didn't want to help. People at the front were also not very friendly or helpful.

Visited last night shopping for both running and basketball shoes for my daughter. Huge assortment and a bit overwhelmed...Joshua saw my confusion and assisted us for about 1.5 hours. Successfully my daughter found shoes for each sport that fit her feet well...Thanks for the patience and help!

We are from Costa Rica. I purchased golf clubs to bring to Costa Rica and the employee who assisted us told us that any of the boxes in the area will work. I grabbed a box and paid for the clubs. When I arrived to Costa Rica I found out the clubs were for left handed people. Customer service said there was nothing they could do about it. To return them is not an option since I’m in Costa Rica.
