Used to be good but now it’s trash. Greed has gotten the best of them. They mark up the original price so the % off isn’t even really a deal. This item was marked at $110 even though you can clearly see the Macy’s return tag that says $70. This section was 40% off, making the item $66, only $4 off retail! Mind you, these are out of season, returned, used, and damaged items.

The store is so discombobulated. The clothes are in no order, and there are so many clothes. I was further disappointed when I saw "premier" items priced higher than the original stores clearence price.I will start shopping at the stores that supply this dirty junk store, so I can get better deals.

Be ready to dig and find very few items. It’s hours of your life! And then when you find something you like you get to the register and Heather changes prices!!! Watch out for her! It was a torn dress! The zipper was completely damaged and needs to be completely replaced. The dress was in the $ 12 section and she tried to sell it for 15$! Instead of giving a discount she increased the price! Then another worker said it’s from the $12 section so it’s $8. All that drama for a torn dress! Really!!!!! Why are you selling a torn dress for that much ! Torn items should be 1$ or less ! The alterations would cost the same. Heather you can keep your torn dresses It would have been better to sell it for 1$ than make no money. Obviously not a business woman. I agree with the other customers this store scams people. Take pictures of where you pick up items from and even take another one with you if there’s more than one as proof because Heather makes up prices as she goes.

My follow up shopping in Dallas area to having found this store in Alabama and Georgia! Found gorgeous decorating pillows, Green Pan skillets, and Tommy Hilfiger bed pillow set, along with a collector The Child toy from The Mandalorian all for $62. If you love to shop, this an excellent spot!!

we used to love going to Dirt Cheap. It seems like over the last year and with the significant store closures, it's impacted their business model. The pricing (from Dirt Cheap Corporate) is so lazy, and I struggled to find much value in most of their offerings. They have some pieces that were great, but the pricing was so out of whack. Incredibly disappointing to see how sad this store has become. It's very dirty, disorganized, and the poor employees all seemed so sad to be there. The selection may have been good, but it was impossible to find a size in the clothing or linens. If you've ever wanted to hunt, I'd recommend the buns. Hell, there's a Ross a few stores down, and I found the same merchandise at Ross significantly cheaper. I bought a set of drinking glasses at Ross for $7, and the exact same glasses were at Dirt Cheap for almost $40. I wouldn't waste a trip on visiting this location.

The workers were very hateful. They had no signs or tape up marking areas off. Then they proceeded to tell us we couldn't shop in a certain area. They weren't doing their job, and were sitting there just chatting! The shelves are also horribly organized.

Huge waste of time and they don't even sell everything in the store. I went in to buy some new comforters and sheets, picked some out of their loose bins which has attached prices (see pic). They then tell me they can't sell any of it to me because they aren't selling loose domestics at the moment. ??? All their packed items are marked up 200% so they aren't even selling at a discounted price. I asked if they could mark it like they do their packaged linens and they said they couldn't sell it to me at all. This store used to be great, my favorite store. It's now a scam.

I went in there to buy a couch and I was actually very interested in the couch that I had seen but I did want to sit on it. I know that there was a sign that said do not sit on the couch, but I thought if I’m going to buy a couch, I need to sit on it for even a second, so I sat down for literally a second, and when I was trying to get up off the couch and a ploy, very rudely said, don’t sit on the couch, and then said if you make it dirty, I’m gonna force you to buy it Like I’m dirty or something so I have decided I will never walk inside of that store ever again they have lost me as a customer forever. She could’ve said it more politely I would’ve easily have gotten up and decided to buy that couch, and they would’ve made a profit off of me. And honestly will pay anyone to never go in Shop There again.

The employees are about the nicest staff you can come in contact with. If you had a bad experience, it’s likely because you ran into 1 or 2 employees that like to flex their muscles. I shop there a lot, so I have the luxury of knowing who to avoid. The place does get a bit messy. I’m not sure the staff can keep up or should have to. I see adults constantly dropping things on the floor and walking off. Parents let their kids tear through the store (no matter how many times they kindly ask to keep your kids with you over the intercom). The stuff is sometimes torn up or broken not because of the store, but because some people rummage through stuff and ruin it for the rest of us. It isn’t the place you walk in and instantly score a bunch of great deals, but if you are willing to put in a little effort, there are some gems waiting to be discovered.

The name Dirt Cheap is only half right. The prices seemed kind of high to me for low quality or heavily used stuff. There may be other discounts applicable but it's hard to know the final price from the labels and signs since it's not clear what discounts apply to any given purchase. The layout and presentation of items is disorganized and the lighting is unpleasant. I struggled to find any redeeming value in this place but there were plenty of shoppers present so there must be something to it that I'm not seeing. This place has it's fans but I'm not among them.

The cashiers give me trouble when I go there. The item scanned at one price on the website but when I get to the register they try to say it’s priced wrong and charge me more! It’s completely illegal to do that, it’s false advertising and violates consumer protection acts. They also block off so many aisles for days when they are restocking it’s like they don’t want to even sell their products. I can understand blocking off one aisle but I have seen 3-4 aisles off limits for days. The employees are so slow, they really need to find better help. No wonder they had to shut down all of their stores.

Bad service they don't respect the prices according to the application at the time of charging they didn't respect it I understand that maybe they were wrong but it's not the customer's fault much less that they bother the cashier was very angry and I don't respect the product I had asked other workers and I saw the price and she told me that if it's okay and she no longer respect it in the same way I wish them a lot of good vibes and that they make sure to put the prices well so that the customers don't have problems when scanning the codes

This place used to be great, but as of recently with changed management no one knows what to be doing and the prices have gone significantly up. One day the clothes are $10 the next $25 and $70 boots? No one seems happy. Why don’t you just put out the merchandise and stop re pricing it higher, just because it’s “luxe” does not mean everything you’re getting is nice. They don’t want you to shop either, let’s rope of the aisle and then keep it that way for 3-4 days. But when it’s ready don’t follow them or they’ll just take it to the back. Keep it up I guess

I’ve never seen more employees do nothing well on the clock… No one has a clue as to what’s going on there… Same old dumpster my guess this location closes just like the other ones!
