I requested a transmission fluid change, but the shop did not perform the service because they lacked the necessary tools. Despite that, they charged me a diagnostic fee that I did not authorize. I have also submitted a claim to the Attorney General’s office for review of this unauthorized charge.

This place deserves 0 stars. I went in to get an oil change & inspection, after I had a coupon to another place I just advised I wanted an inspection. The guy took my car to the back and said we can't do your inspection because your windows are to dark it's 17 percent and it has to be 25 percent, I've had my car for 4 years and an inspection all those years and had got my tint done at a professional place which I they put 25 percent on my window. The only reason they denied me is because I didn't want to do an oil change with them. Very horrible place to deal with because they are full of bull and lies. RUN DONT WALK right next door to kwik Kar in and out inspection and oil change.

I came here for a AC treatment and left with no air, engine light on & my catalytic converter needing to be replaced. I took my car to them in expectation of getting the air fixed but instead ended up having to get the air and more fixed due to them adding an extreme amount of dye into my ac system. They didn’t want to fix it or even help they wanted me to pay another $1600 for them to even fix the air plus extra to get the converter fixed. I had to go to the dealership to get it fixed! AVOID THESE PEOPLE they are damaging peoples cars and taking the money!!

Listen. These people are nice. But dont come here if you know about cars. They try to upsell the hell out of you. Which i get it. Thats ur job. But im not your average chump. I work on cars , but im far from home. I dont have any of my tools. So hey, i call around looking for best deal to diagnose a misfire. Just the misfire. They charge $85 and give me a diagnostic that i could of got for free at autozone. Thats not what i wanted. I know the car. I know its codes. I know each relative issue to the codes. They dont even attempt to diagnose the misfire. All i truly wanted was them to change swap my coil pack 3 with 1 or 5. Tell me if the code changes to another cylinder or not. If not id of started with spark plugs. But no. They just gave up bcuz we refused to pay extra for their miscommunication. Told me there was NO coolant , but it was just the resivour that was low. Told me there was NO oil. But it was just on the lower end. Anything and everything to up the price, except do what i asked for the price i was given before coming. Diagnose a misfire does not mean diagnose the overall care amd simply tell me i have a misfire. Friendly, but they def want to eat your wallet.

Today I went Discount Auto Service for a state inspection and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, making sure everything was handled efficiently. The service was quick, and I was impressed by how smoothly everything went. The waiting area was comfortable, which made the short wait even easier.

Stay away from here, they wanted to charge 640 dollars for a purge valve change, which the part only cost 33 dollars at auto zone and I had another mechanic change it and only took him 5 minutes and charge me 80 dollars for labor…smh

These guys are so good, that they provide you with as good or better service that a local neighborhood store might provide.
Last time I stopped there, I left a box of handcrafted cookies for them because I put my money where my mouth is ?
