If you collect Pokemon do not buy from this store!!! Employees are opening packs and resealling them!!! When I came back to confront the manager she told me there are no refunds or returns. She acknowledged that there were packs in the box not in packs just loose cards and refused to pull them out and not sell them. I purchased 3 of the sleeved Journey together booster packs and 2 of them had cards but they were not in a pack just loose cards. Funny thing is they weren't even cards from Journey Together. Dollar General needs to contact me or get an area manager over there asap! The employees are stealing from both Dollar General and the customers and hiding behind the policies of no returns on the items they are tampering with! I have proof of me opening the pack online.

Short lady with Tattoo’s refused to checkout woman in line ahead of me because she was stocking, was only two of us needed checking out, was two employees laughing and talking refused to checkout lady in front of me. So I left without getting garbage bags. Trash Employee

I shop here all the time and have for years because it's super close to my house. Today while shopping my elderly mother needed to use the restroom. The short store manager refused to let her. When Bonnie ran the store she would allow you to use the restroom. Elderly people cannot control their bladders so a normal human being would be more considerate. We left the store immediately and went to shop elsewhere. I'll go out of my way to avoid this store from now on and spend my money with decent people.

I went to this location today and the older lady at the register didn’t even look at me, didn’t greet me, didn’t even acknowledge my presence.
I asked for something to be put in a bag and she got snippy about it.
I’ve never had such a rude person working customer service. This lady needs some training on customer service! ASAP.
Pure laziness and disrespectful as all get out.
Will definitely not come back to this store after that experience.

The older lady with glasses on was not helpful at all and she can say you would have, no you need to pay now and go get the item and later or I can't void your purchases. She can least say go ahead and get it now, since I didn't see no other customers behind me and I had leave everything behind and leave this store. I wouldn't recommend this dollar General to no one. Also, I wondered why on a a Sunday, the parking lot is empty.

Emma gave me really good help. She made sure everything was just right and she was super nice about it. I think she's awesome at what she does and I'd tell anyone to go to her for help.

Words can’t explain how blown away I am by the great customer service! I was doordashing and was lost in the store and the manager Emma helped me look and find everything on my list. Love this place!

Great store! Customer service was great once I came in! One of the managers, Alexis, greeted me and helped out while shopping. As I was checking out, I was having technical difficulties at the self checkout and Emma was so kind enough to help me out. Amazing staff!
