The Worst store with the worst customer service.
I bought this pair of shoe for about $70 after discounts for my son.
Both shoes got ripped / lost their stiches literally after 3 days of wearing. Called the store for replacement or a refund. Store said they do not refund any shoes worn. What a joke !! Have not seen this poor quality shoes and this worst customer service .
Would never buy again from DSW.

Excellent customer service. They listened to what we needed, and even though they didn't have the style in stock, they were able to find it in their warehouse and ordered it on our behalf. We found our favorite DSW location ❤️

I normally don’t write Google reviews, contact customer service (with horrible experiences) However, this particular situation and person deserves the recognition for having BEYOND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
It started with me calling the Glade Parks store in Euless, TX, to check if they had a particular shoe that I needed, in stock. Even as I was calling the store and hearing it ring, I had a pit in my stomach - like here we go I’m about to annoy or frustrate someone for calling to check whether they have a shoe available. Couldn’t have been more wrong and that’s because Ashley J answers the phone.
Immediately, she had the most KIND, FRIENDLY and HELPFUL tone to her voice. Keep in mind it’s Friday, store is about to close in 1hr + 30 mins and she’s on the phone with me. Most employees are ready to get out of the store asap, especially today.
Regardless of EVERYTHING, the entire time she was just above and beyond with customer service.
So before we ended the call I asked her, if there was a way to compliment her for the way she handled everything. She was so humble and downplayed the compliment. I persisted (without trying to sound creepy) but I was like - I’m serious. You by far have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I’ve heard or experienced in YEARS - possibly a decade. No joke.
So I’ve chatted with someone with DSW, still wasn’t for sure that my message would get passed on back to her. So here I am, I truly hope her incredible work ethic and customer service gets acknowledged. Whether it’s the chat, email or a Google review. 🤞🏼🙏🏼 Lastly, I’m writing this because more people like Ashley deserve to be celebrated. I figure at the least corporate does care about Google reviews. So here I am sharing my experience, so that Ashley J doesn’t get passed by.
Even as I write this, it’s a reminder to myself that there’s so many people that deserve recognition every day but it gets overlooked bc it’s a positive experience. We assume people that are kind and helpful should just BE that way. Even when we have NO IDEA what they are going through. So we overlook the opportunity to celebrate them, which is sad because SO MANY people respond better to positive feedback.
Thank you again Ashley J! You had no idea what I was going through but you were so kind to me and I’m very grateful for that. Your customer service is truly off the charts - amazing! I truly hope you get celebrated because - YOU DESERVE IT! 💚🙏🏼💯

I don't usually leave reviews, let alone review a shoe store, but I just had to give kudos to the phenomenal customer service at the counter! The pretty older black lady, I think her name is Stephanie? She always has this great attitude that simply makes my day. 100% makes me want to come back because of her friendliness and professionalism!! I hope she knows she is valued and appreciated.
