Please do not even bother. Every time go go there all the machines are out of service. I stopped going for about 5 months because the exact reason of the machines are always broken. Now 5 months later nothing has changed. The staff is super nice though, but dear owner. Please get your equipment fixed.

Put change in and got stuck, 1.75 lost and no one here to refund 😡
Update: went back and did get my money back from the attendant. My real question is why is the owner so illusive. He responds on here almost right away, yet wont post his actual phone number in the Laundromat, when I called the number posted, the person said he is not the owner as others have said. Whats up with that.

Lost $2.50 no attendant, 80 % of the washers and dryers broken. Call number the guy said it wasn't him.

First time visit, Over half of washer & Dryers were out of service. When I got there around 1pm Monday there were only two others, but most of the machines that did work was occupied by the lady who worked there doing Customers laundry. I couldn't even find three machines together. !!! Won't return

Rude miserable ugly woman working there. Dryer didn't work and we wanted our quarters back with the rude response of "dryer doesnt work or not getting hot? That's a lot of quarters for this load" who argues with how much you spend in your business? Stupid people. I've been nice enough to leave extra time for others in the dryers if we didn't use all of our quarters time which will never happen again because I will not return if the miserable cow still works there.

Water all over the floor from the washers. Half of the dryers are put of oder. The dryer I used first did not work, but was not marked. Wated $1.

Nice place, clean, well lit, has comfy seats, free WiFi, detergent & bleach available, and has clean restrooms. Attendant was helpful, working hard, and polite. The only reason for 4 vs. 5 star is several dryers were temporary out of order. Solid 4.5 Stars. A great barbershop is just a few steps away too.

All I ever get on here in excuses,excuses,and more ,excuses. As a small business owner I know it take years to make a 5star business and one complaint to ruin. Stop with excuses and address the issue,find a solution, and way make sure does not happen again.Last visit will be my very last. I know how hard it is to be a small business owner in this economy so won't get into details but really need to look into the staff you hire

I've been going here for a couple years. It used to have all the washers and dryers running but now half the washers and dryers don't work and its been like this for months. I'll have to look elsewhere for a well maintained laundromat, and you should too.

Great location and place. We don’t have many laundromats in the area so this one definitely holds it down for Euless. It is a bit discouraging when the dryers don’t get hot and you waste quarters but I have grace and understanding that they do the best they can. Overall 5 stars for their friendliness and eagerness to help out.
