This is not your normal car lot!! They sell hi performance cars and high end cars. Khristy Gardner has so much knowledge of cars and has contacts that have loads of knowledge. They were very helpful and answered our questions quickly. I would refer friends and family to Excellence!! If you have mechanical issues call Khristy I bet she can help you out!!

Highly displeased with the ownership displayed. I purchased my vehicle 5/15 realized within the week there were issues including a ticking noise. I spoke with Christie in service she wrote down all of my concerns and said they would handle them. They provided me a “rental” which on my way to return it ran hot and had my son and I stranded on 360. They had to come get me. I get my vehicle back and it “seems” as if the ticking issue was resolved. I noticed the noise returned and now it’s louder so me thinking in good faith of this being the SAME issue they would resolve it. However I was told since I “waited” until now that there is nothing they can do and they will have to charge me to repair my BRAKES and ROTORS. There is no reason that a vehicle I have had less than a year used or not should require new brakes and rotors. I’m highly displeased with this overall experience and will not recommend anyone to do business with this company.

Crooks! Their vehicles are all terrible. Some of the most incompetent people I have ever met. Zero customer service and they transfer calls over and over because nobody communicates with one another and they don’t know what they are doing! I’d give this dump a zero if it was available!

If I could rate a big fat ZERO I would!!!! Beware of this dealership as they are all scam artists. My fiancé bought a vehicle from excellence auto and was told this car is mechanically sound. They ended up holding on to the vehicle for a month and kept saying they were having issues with the headlight replacement. A month after continuously being fed lies we picked up the vehicle and took it to our mechanic. Come to find out….. this car has ALOT of issues and one of them being a fast oil leak. What’s crazy is they they had to have known about the leak because it was too fast of a leak for them not to notice, and it was all fresh oil. I’m LIVID that these dishonest car sales tactics still exist. I will warn every single person that hits that lot about how dirty this company truly is. Do NOT buy a vehicle from these people unless you want to get stuck with a lemon!

I was completely DISREGARDED at this dealership! I will never return or recommend this place to anybody I know. Terrible customer, dishonest, untrustworthy scammers. I bought a vehicle 5 months ago and already started making payments on it and I have still yet to receive my license plates or registration for the vehicle. On top of that, they forgot!! They literally said they forgot to register my vehicle after 5 months of me owning the vehicle! Keep in mind I live an hour and a half away from this dealership and the owner calls me and invites me to come back to the dealership for an inspection (after 5 months) and that they would pay for a full tank of gas for the inconvenience so I go. They do the state inspection and rip off the window tint that I bought with my money, out of my pocket. I told them to not remove the tint and that I will take care of it. They disregarded me and said oh well they are already taking it off and the owner promised me reimbursement for my window tint. NEVER delivered. Left this dealership with EXPIRED TAGS, NO FULL TANK GAS, NO WINDOW TINT, NO REGISTRATION, NO PLATES. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!

Great place and straight forward business. Can't express enough the professionalism and effort to take care of the customer. Highly recommended. Caden Morgan and his associates are a great time.

I visited Excellence Auto Direct recently to explore their selection of vehicles.
Upon arrival, the first salesman I encountered was unhelpful and became dismissive once he learned I wasn't purchasing a car that day. He handed me off to a younger salesman named Joe.
Joe was very helpful and patient, showing me several vehicles and answering all my questions without any pressure.
However, once the dealership realized I was genuinely interested in making a purchase, they switched me to another salesman named Aakash. Aakash used high-pressure sales tactics, including deceivingly increasing the price by $500 on the purchase order and insisting I use their finance company under false claims of matching my bank's rate.
After verifying with my bank, it became evident that the dealership's claims about their finance options were untrue.
Despite placing a deposit the following day, the dealership informed me that the vehicle had been sold, contradicting our agreement. This unethical behavior left me feeling deceived and frustrated.
My experience at Excellence Auto Direct was marred by inconsistent customer service, misleading sales tactics, and unethical behavior. I would caution anyone with anxiety or health conditions against visiting this dealership, as their practices can exacerbate stress and lead to disappointment.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Excellence Auto Direct to potential car buyers. Their sales tactics and treatment of customers raise significant concerns about their integrity and customer service standards.

Very few words to say about this place

I bought a 2019 infinity q50
This business claims they do 125 point inspections on every car wich is a straight up lie . I’m in the mechanical field so I will be allowing everyone to know .
As soon as I got the car the fuses where blown for the charging port ?? Part of inspection but oh no they didint see it at all
Then I hear a noise from my brake pads telling them to check the break pads and rotors then they come back and tell me my rear differential is going bad . Hence they said the gear oil was perfectly fine no medal shavings or anything. But yet they want me to spend 1,275$ on a rear differential when I had the car for not even 2 weeks . Only put 600 miles on the car. It’s unbelievable and very sad

Joe helped me with the sale of a 2019 ford edge. They added a 2500 car care fee to the price which was supposed to cover a 125 point inspection. I was told the fee could not be declined and was mandatory. The car was delivered to my home in San Antonio. After checking the car for the first time I noticed all engine fluids were low. The coolant was below the safe operation level. Brake fluid was completely empty, engine oil was low 2 quarts and the windshield was cracked. When I addressed my complaint with the sales manager he suggested I fill the fluids myself. The manager is refusing to make things right by refunding me the car care fee since the work was not preformed and the car was obviously not inspected before delivery. He is only making excuses and giving me the run around rather than owning up to their mistake. The fact is that I was ripped off by this company and will be submitting my complaint to the BBB. I have all pictures, and text from both salesman Joe and Cameron regarding the car care fee and what it included vs what I received. This dealership has bad reviews on Google and yelp. Please do your research before buying.

Sleazy tactics. Raised the price from what we previously discussed and pretended not to have any knowledge of the previous convo. Glad to see the car still hasn’t sold ??

Wish I had read the 1 star reviews before getting a vehicle from this place. Definitely got hit by their $2500 “fee” and now I’m starting to think they didn’t even do everything that they claim to have done. Two weeks after I got the car, I get a notification that it’s due for an oil change even though that should’ve been covered. Now, my car is taking an extra second or two to start up from when I got it, which is just another thing I need to get checked out at an actual Lexus dealership. Not to mention a rip in the leather on the door, which I thought might have been an easy fix, but it actually isn’t, which they conveniently didn’t include any pictures of on the site or the significant wear and tear on the leather seats. I foolishly got the car anyway because it was my dream car. Be wary future buyers, they use shady tactics and will even just outright lie to you, just go somewhere else. I’m estimating they screwed me out of at least $4000 so far and it’s only been 3 weeks, we’ll see how much more these repairs are gonna cost.
Update: Found out the car was repainted, had shoddy bondo jobs done on it, found more micro scratches, and had damage on the passenger mirror that I hadn’t previously noticed. I was told the full front had PPF but come to find out 2 bumper panels were missing it and now there are chips in the paint already. Turned my dream car purchase into a nightmare.

The sales people I dealt with were kind at the time. When I was in the process of buying the car, I told them I did not live in the are, but they assured me that the warranty was accepted by many dealerships and repair shops all throughout Texas.
On the way home from a long trip, while driving at night, I get pulled over because none of my rear lights are working. This was not something I looked at when purchasing the car, and that's my fault, I admit.
I remembered that I had bought very expensive warranty for the car at the time of purchase. I tried to look up my contract, but the Ameriplus website couldn't find my contract. I finally called Excellence Auto Direct the next day, and spoke to them. After a lot of jargon and unnecessary explanations, I stated that I had a serious problem that needed to be taken care of today, what could I do TODAY. Well, they failed to tell me that the warranty would not go in effect until 30 days AFTER purchase.
I ended up getting my rear lights fixed out of my pocket.
What's the use of this sort of warranty if it doesn't start the minute you drive it off the lot?
