My review not real just get attention! So I live at Rochester ny and planning buy a car from you I just spoke with gentlemen and he was rude! Anyway he told me above the price something call it CAR CARE PACKAGE and cost $2499.00 ? Is that something I can reject? Or something that’s should be with purchase? For me I don’t need it !

We purchased a work van for my husband from here! Austin was very friendly and professional and made the whole process run smoothly. We didn’t feel pressured into anything and our experience with Excellence Auto Direct was a good one. They had what we needed and we got a good deal on our Ford Transit.

I was a little hesitant at first purchasing a vehicle quite a distance from my home however my salesman, Amdy Ba, was there throughout the whole process recording walk around videos inside and out, taking pics and even recorded himself driving the vehicle. He explained the whole sale and delivery process and at the end of the day I’m proud to say my son is a proud of an Auto Excellence vehicle. Great job Amdy and thank you for all of your great customer service

This was by far the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I traveled four hours for a scheduled appointment to pick up my vehicle, only to find it wasn’t ready. I was told to go have breakfast and come back two hours later, the car still wasn’t ready. One of the delays was simply adding windshield washer fluid, when they did it, they did not secure it properly. 30 minutes into my trip home, I lost a large piece of the wheel well that hadn’t been bolted in correctly.
After finally getting the vehicle, they left the floor mats out after washing the car, a call was made and they told me they were in the mail and I still have not received them despite promising they would. I had to wait three months for an airbag sensor they assured me would be available immediately only to finally receive a used rusted part. During that time, I made at least 20 phone calls to the dealership to get the sensor and the TITLE, I only received the title after a threatening phone call that it had been 3 months and if I was ticketed they would be paying. Communication was poor, I was given the runaround the entire time and it was always someone else’s fault.
I would strongly advise against doing long-distance business with this dealership. The lack of professionalism and follow-through was unacceptable.

Update 2: car passed code check (like when you plug it in at autozone) but left me stranded after 322 miles. Mobile Mechanic I called said engine broken. Oil very dirty, low and sparkly from metal. If car running, oil spurts out. Also coolant smelled of gas.
He vouched that they had to have known!
Amdy Ba was the salesman.
Update: online showed apx $4400 then when I was ready to buy it was $7800. WTH!
Then many little problems discovered. Didn't realize it was worse!

Overpriced. You can definitely negotiate with them do not accept their price on the first go. Also they say their premium care package is mandatory but it's a lie you can negotiate with them to take it off. They don't even show that on their website in the price and when you go in will add it to your price. Its not worth $2500.I bought my car without the package, be careful about their tactics. It's was a hassle to negotiate that but it did work in the end.
