Nick is singlehandedly the best front desk sales rep ever! They had what we needed, and when we showed up after closing due to traffic, they still took care of us with a smile and got us situated with everything we needed, and at fantastic prices!
It is impossible for us to not recommend this location and if we could give more than 5 stars, we would!

If you want to waste half of your day try getting someone to answer the phone call this place or any other Ferguson in the metroplex. Called Euless branch, hung up after 15 minutes waiting on a live person. Called Pantego arlington location, hung up after 10 minutes. Called Fort Worth location and hung up after 10 minutes. Ridiculous. I called moore supply they answered immediately. Ferguson customer service isn’t for professionals.

Bad customer service. They rarely answer the phone. They don't even offer the ability to leave a message. This place is also more expensive than their competitors.

Went to the store with a relay that clearly states the specs, I also have the spec sheet for the part. They don't have the exact part number, but relays that I don't have spec sheets for, but the service person would guide me to an equivalent part. Instead they ask for a HVAC model number to recommend the correct part. If I am leaving the store, I am not coming back.....Went to Locke instead, but this place was closer and they had the white rodgers equivalent on the shelf

Stopped in trying to find a faucet handle. The rep said they didn't have it but gave a recommendation that ended up having it.

Always great service! Fernando has been super helpful everytime we have been in. He is always able to find what I need from just looking at photos of the sinks, tubs, toilets, fixtures, etc!

I have been to the store twice for plumbing parts. As a novice to plumbing repairmen, the service here is fantastic. People are very friendly, jovial, and helpful. Saved hundreds of dollars by doing it myself. I strongly recommend the store.

Website and front door says closes at noon. Drove 30 mins. Arrived 11:50 and place is locked up. Not even a sign on door saying “sorry had to close early”
