Sold/traded me a vehicle he claimed he had done aftermarket transmission work on… it was a Traiblazer 5.3 ext. by the time I made it home I had lost 3rd and 4th gear… the transmission did not have any of the aftermarket parts or components he claimed and was actually a bone factory used transmission with no modifications or stall converter like what was claimed. Shady business don’t recommend doing business with them. Also claimed truck didn’t have any engine issues and ended up needing Maf Sensors,02 sensors, a clutch fan and ac compressor… my own fault not paying more attention to all the red flags but don’t make the same mistake I did! This was back in early 2024 just got around to warning y’all!!

Frank messaged me about a motorcycle I had for sale on market place be had me bring it to him after not asking any questions and telling me he would pay $3000, after bringing it to him he told me he would only pay $2900. Can't speak to his work, but a bit of a slimy word.

I had a disappointing experience at this car shop. They received my car running and my car still doesn’t run till this day due to their job done. I spent over 5,000 dollars with these guys and tried my best to be patient with them. Now they don’t answer my calls. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. My vehicle was in for routine maintenance work primarily, and they took much longer than promised without any updates. When I finally received my car, it didn’t feel like the work had been done properly; which later I investigated by going to a trusted mechanic and was correct. There were still issues that I had specifically mentioned. Overall, I left feeling taken advantage of frustrated and will not be returning ever and you should do the same.
(Paid over 5k and I have proof of things they charged me for which were never done.)

Purchased a 39 Chevy pickup, loaded onto a tow dolly, and 30 miles down the road the rear passenger tire came off. Wheel studs are stripped luckily I was able put 4 lugs from the front 2 tires and limp it to my dad's house a couple miles away. Be safe and use a full trailer if purchasing a restorable vehicle. There is a 4% charge on card purchases or you can use PayPal for no charge. All documents were there title and that were a breeze and they were friendly.

Took car in for carburetor replacement. Charged and paid. Took to different mechanic to find out Frank's only turned the idle screw no new carburetor. Frank told me he hated my car. If you car about your car I would not trust these people with it at all.

I had 3 major issues that I couldn't solve and was very frustrated. Major oil leak which I could not find, hard contact with crossmember to oil pan, and front end alignment after I replaced all front end suspension components, Franks guys did a great job of solving all 3 of these issues that have bothered me for a long time.Great job guys...I will be back

This shop is a joke. Their slogan is "Built not Bought", problem with that slogan, like their owner, it is a lie and a scam. Avoid this place at all costs if you value quality work and honesty. Also, if you have small children or a preteen daughter, ESPECIALLY avoid the shop pedofile, Tony Reyes (AKA SHOP FOREMAN).
