During the disruption of my business with COVID 19, Frost Bank Euless kept me apprised of my options and helped me get the SBA PPP loan approved and funded within three weeks of filing my application. They also provided me with options for funds until I got my EIDL loan as well. I know for a fact that Dalene, Taylor and Cynthia (and others) worked through that first weekend in April to make sure all of their customers that had submitted their applications had the paperwork processed. That in my estimation is going above and beyond anyone's expectations. Great people and friendly service.

Yes “IT” still exists in this error. I’m a small business owner and a professional in the community of Southlake, Texas. I have been apart of the Euless, Texas community for over 20 years. I was marketed by a Frost Bank associated at my company. Based on the young mans excellent costumer service I stated that I would give it a shot. I applied online, later I was emailed by a young lady who stated that I needed to visit a local branch with two forms of ID. Since I was recently divorced and went through a name change I thought nothing of it. Today I went into the local branch with my ID (non expired), my social and my company EIN. The teller greeted me and referred me over to a woman by the name of Kimberly McKay. Ms. McKay was not welcoming at all. I was greeted by “what is it that you need?” I explained to her and gave her all my documents. I was then asked did I have a Drivers License. I advised her I did, in my truck. I was then asked about my personal business EIN the address. I told her my account address is my home address and my EIN is for the business! I was advised that she needed to make copies of it and to send it over to the online rep? Okay.... so I asked how long would it take. My answer was I don’t know. I was so turned off, I left. Within five minutes I received a call from Ms. McKay asking me for a utility bill or a lease.... I was confused by that... but before I could respond she asked me “do you not have a utility bill” I answered of course. She asked me if I had a lease... (now I’m insulted and frustrated) I answered “no. I own my home”. I then asked for her manager and the online person she spoke to name. All of a sudden she is nice and attempting to turn it around. The moral of the story is... I have no doubt that had I been a different color presented with the same information and situation I would have been treated and my business would have been handled completely different.
