Straight faced liars that keep pokemon card stock for themselves and their friends and lie about restock ammounts for actual consumers. Do not go here for any pokemon card drops or restocks as they lie about inventory to your face.

CARD GRADERS
I had an excellent experience at this location! Will handled my PSA submission and he was incredibly careful, diligent and transparent. He explained the process in depth and kindly provided me card savers since the cards I brought were in top loaders. I will definitely be submitting through them in the future. Thank you!

this has personally been the best gamestop i’ve been too. Keith the store manager and caleb the assistant store manager they are GREAT! they always help me ! Kai and Chris are also very great they always know how to answer my questions. i have never thought i would enjoy going to gamestops for not only games but for pokemon and collectibles. also THE GRADING SERVICE THEY HAVE IS AMAZING!!! Obviously everyone wants Keith which dont get wrong those leonhart vids did him right but everyone else is so great!! My personal favorite to grade with is caleb it seems like he knows what you’re looking for and it seems everyone always calls him for the opinion on the cards. with that being said THIS GAMESTOP IS THE BEST AND IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.

WARNING FOR CARD GRADERS Employees have horrible attitudes. Apparently they were already angry at something before I arrived. When I asked to get some cards graded the employee seemed perturbed that I wanted this service so begrudgingly and with a sigh he walked over and asked me for my cards. I pulled them carefully out of a bag I had brought them in and carefully placed them down. He slap grabbed at them pulled all 4 forward slapped them back down on the table. When I made a face he looked at me annoyed and told me to chill they were in protective sleeves. I understand but they are my cards and some people don't man handle them or get uncomfortable when you do manhandle them. I would think someone handling somebody else's cards you would have a sense of care. After he made sure to press the stickers on firmly to assure me the cards were In protective sleeves and then tossed them into the drawer. I wanted to see how they treated a random person and not Leonhart (the youtuber)so I didn't ask for a refund after this as I would still like to see how they come back(to test the entire process for a non youtuber), but So far I will be telling everyone to avoid grading cards at 1301 W Glade Rd Euless Tx just from the horrible attitudes alone and the way this one employee handled them. I took extensive photos of my cards prior to sending them off I will crack them open to see if it matches after.

This is the only GameStop left near me. Insane that this location lasted over the Southlake location. I'll miss all the midnight releases (Halo 3, MW2, Gears 3, etc.).

Keith and Caleb are some awesome dudes, really know their stuff and helped me send off 15 cards to PSA it took no time at all. This is the best GameStop I’ve ever been to. Should be the flagship store in DFW as far as I’m concerned. Really clean, large, organized, efficient etc.

Took the kiddo in today for the Pokemon play and trade event. Had an absolute blast. She ripped between 30 and 40 packs open and submitted quite a few to be PSA graded.
I'm horrible with names, but I think the people that helped us the whole time were Keith, Carson, and Ram. Keith checked us out initially, and kept checking on us the couple hours we were there. Carson is in the know about Pokemon cards, taught me how to check and value the kiddos cards. Ram did the PSA submission for us and thoroughly explained the whole process.
I still don't understand cardboard having the value it does in this, but hit up this Gamestop for all your needs. Top notch service. My local store is Firewheel, and I do love it and the people there, this Glad location was awesome. Look forward to picking up the kiddos cards in a few weeks and going to more events here.

This is my favorite GameStop to go to. It's a big store and they have lots of merch. This is also one of the Retro locations. It would be nice to see more retro games on the shelf ex. Super Nintendo & N64. I think that Keith is a very helpful and courteous employee. This guy is amazing. Please give him a raise! He surely deserves it!

Bought a $546 Xbox series x it's messed up and because it's 4 days or 5 days past the 30-day Mark they won't give me my money back so now I got a $500 paper weight how they treat their customers as garbage they won't give me my money back but they'll give me a gift card for the value of this and that way the only thing I can spend the gift card on is things there I will never come to GameStop again ever
