I have been using Global Electronic Services repair service for many years now, here at my current company and at my previous. They provide excellent customer service! The rebuild and repairs are always in a timely manner and if they are unable to repair something they are very transparent and informative. I trust them with all smart motors, servos and electronics. They have a great team that cares.

Global Electronic Services is completely unreliable and unprofessional. They clearly have no idea what they’re doing. I sent them parts for repair, and after wasting my time with zero communication, they finally responded only to say they couldn’t fix anything. To make matters worse, they offered no reimbursement or accountability whatsoever. Do not trust this company with your equipment.

Hands down, the best customer service I have ever had. For a small order. Cara treated me the best. She was out for an afternoon and two of her colleaguest filled in seamlessly. Before the sale, during the sale, after the sale.
The pricing was fair, and they got us up and running on our motor within one day. Hands down, so happy that our contact sent us to them.
Extreme committment to customer service.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a smile from helpful knowledgeable employees. I took a large electric forklift motor to be repaired and believe me when I say you'll love their prices. Great work, great people at an affordable price. I'd definitely recommend Global to all my friends and family

Mailed them an item in January. After calling them several times to find out about it, was told they had to order parts but it should be fixed soon. About a week later I was called and told it had been fixed and tested and was running great. Got it in the mail a few days later-plugged it up and it DID NOT WORK!! Called them back and they said to return it and they would “look at it further”. After 2 months of trying to find out about my machine-I was finally told that it could not be fixed. It was mailed back to me and parts are missing and I guess they glued the screws in so I couldn’t get into it to see what was missing!! BAD EXPERIENCE-WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!! And tried to charge me $1,100!!!
