“They have the best gun smith in dfw from my experience. He looked at my gun no charge and gave me good advice. Unless you want to talk to a nerdy ar guy that is going to hate on your build on some according to my calculations behavior. Skip all that go here. I don’t know his name but he’s a black man with a country accent excellent gun smith!!!!!”
“Bought many products here. Mike the owner is very nice and gets you in and out quickly. If you live in HEB area, Oakwood Arms should be your FFL transfer location.”
“Ron is Very professional, knowledgeable and all around great guy!. He made sure i understood everything he was going to do and why. His prices are very reasonable. I have 2 older guns that were my grandfather's and 1 is 1 one of a kind I would absolutely take them back to him if I ever needed a gunsmith again. Thank you for taking such God care of them. I had 2 new scopes mounted and he even sighted them in to 25yrd for me and had me ready to fight them in the rest of the way at the gun range both guns are .243 one browning and the other one a firearms international”

“I recently had Alamo re barrel my 30 plus year old custom built 308 rifle that had over 6,000 rounds through it. They also added an extended bolt knob to my blueprinted Remington 700 action. I could not be happier with the results or the excellent customer service, The turn around time was lightning fast and the guys were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom work on your existing rifle or in the market for a new rifle. I am already getting excellent groups on the first trip to the range with random test loads and no work up yet.”

“I visit JD every chance I get, this is hands down one of my favorite gun shops. Knowledgeable staff, great variety, and now a silencer shop dealer! It's literally never been easier to add to our collection.”
“Tyler took care of my henry 45-70 and one of my handguns. He also did it for half the price as the other guys. Fast turnaround and good communication. I will definitely be a returning customer. 🫡🙏”
“A goldmine! All the things obscure, went looking for something thats been harder to come by, not only did they instantly knew where to look but there were options too!”
“I've come up here a handful of times for various things: ordering optics, ordering guns, buying guns in-store, replacing parts, etc. They've been helpful, professional, and friendly each time. I'll say they're not perfect, but when I've had a problem, they've gone beyond making it right. Admittedly, I've not yet seen their prowess in ARs, but I personally would trust them.”
“Definitely not your average gun shop. The second I stepped foot in I was honestly amazed at how different it was, real clean and makes you feel right at home. Great prices and not to mention Mr. Kardonsky is a real pleasure to talk to and he is someone that you can tell takes a lot of pride in what he does. Would rate 10/10 if I could!”

“Despite only visiting the store only twice, *maybe* three times in person, Mr. Adam is an absolute delight to work with! He's more than happy to educate you on his wares and answer anything you may want to know regarding his work and guns in general!
And depending on when you may read this review, he's ALSO got an UNBEATABLE deal on some Mosin-Nagant barreled actions, so if you're in the market for a new project gun, ask him about it!
Overall though, it's an excellent sore, owned by a peerless professional of his craft; i made the drive from the Lake Highlands area of Dallas out to this store because it's THAT good!”
“I highly recommend Grimes Gunsmithing. I ran into a slide lock issue with my P365 XL and Paul was very helpful and maintained proper communication throughout the repair. The prices are good and the service was very good. If I have any issues in the future with any of my firearms, I will certainly revisit Paul at Grimes Gunsmithing!”

“This is a very specialized shop dealing only in high end air and 22LR target rifle accessories and pellets/shells. If you're looking for a general gun store, this is not it--they simply don't have what you're looking for. If you're after only the best in extreme accuracy for air rifles and 22s, there is no place better. The owner spent at least 2 hours helping me set up a bench 22 and recommending a selection of shells. His knowledge and dedication to help customers is incredible. Both he and his shop are a treasure.”
“Changing my review. As the company saw my misunderstanding of their warranty and sent me a new one regardless!
ONLY BUY FROM EBAY OR AMAZON IF FROM THEM DIRECTLY! The warranty application will accept your order number from eBay, but if it's bought from a third-party seller, they do not cover it in their warranty! That's totally on me, but they're sending me a new one and I'm excited to give it a test. That's the first one broke in the first shot.”
“Excellent experiences selling 2 handguns and 1 rifle. Their offers were fair and payments timely. Prepaid shipping labels made the shipping process simple. I wouldn't hesitate using them again.”
“I don't know what the negative reviews are about this was a great place , made sure I got the help I needed . they seem to have almost everything so I will be coming up here for my Ar-15 build for sure”
“This is the most fantastic store I've ever seen, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. I'm simply speechless about the selection of quality merchandise, perfect for anyone with a hobby like hunting or fishing!!!!!!!!!”
“These guys in archery are great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me restring my son’s bow and help me pick out a new one. Highly recommend Richard or Nathan.”
“Great Company! Just got my firearm from this company! Took about 5 mins to show me the firearm & make sure i was ok with it before accepting it & they ran my background check which took about 5 mins & I was out the door! Super nice staff of people! , will definitely be comin back for more future purchases.”

“Jon has been a big help in restoring my great grandfather’s Model 11. Fair prices, good communication, and he can find the parts.
We had a hiccup with a screw that’s difficult to get out (an issue that I knew about and should have disclosed but it slipped my mind) and Jon stopped work to let me know rather than mar the gun.
Overall I’m very pleased. When you have an issue that’s beyond your ability take it to Jon.”
