Reviews adding up and they never called back I'm ok with that. And girl that said they had 2 cars they did me like that at this dealership and now I see why they didn't call back because ita all the same tactics like the those TWO Hondas I was approved for but weren't the cheapest on the lot. Make it make sense. Same here I'm approved for a Rio and Mitsubishi but asked for a Nissan I'm over financing cars that were researched to come from auctions and sent to this dealership I research VIN #s. And that Rio is usually 5 to 6k at an auction clean title. I'm just going to get WHAT I WANT and I suggest the same for others who read this review.

The best dealership I've ever visited.. i went to multiple places and they kept giving me the same run around.. here they got me approved and in my dream truck in few hours thank you i would tell everyone i know to buy there next vehicle from H.E.B Autosale

I wasted 2 weeks with this dealership. To begin with Atlanta apparently was making offers and deals she had no knowledge and authorizations to make. This came from Isabela who is the finance manager. First they said they couldn’t run my fiancé's credit… lie! They ran it!!! Then finally we got the deal doing but we realized it was the wrong truck and she offered me another truck but I had to put 2,000 down! I’m like wait! Your sign says $500! Beyond confused! Then when we go pick up the vehicle it was nothing like the pictures and had broken side mirror, handing bumper, dents and scratches so they said they’d fix it! Put me in a loaner, which had no gas and super dirty. Ok… told I was going to have truck within a week. Received no update called them and the weekend passed and then Atlanta tells me it’s ready for pick up. I asked about the pieces and she says they just ordered them. And I was like wait what it’s been 2 weeks you said they ordered them when I first got the loaner. AC stopped working found out the truck had a bunch of missing relays. You have a 7 day policy to return the vehicle. I told them I would return it because it’s not gonna work out, I tried to make another deal for a bigger truck and pay for the down payment split like they said I would do for the current truck and plus they paid some as well. The finance manager start saying I was only approved for 2 trucks and I’m like then why did she say the bank asked me for 2000 down on the other truck. After going back and forth I told her I have to find a ride and I’ll return it. Today this lady is hassling me telling me they don’t return down payments after the staff just told me they will and is blowing up my phone trying to intimidate me. I call her to tell her to leave me alone because she wasn’t even there to know all I’ve gone through to understand my frustration. She starts yelling at me telling me to answer my phone and I told her I’m at work and I have to wait on my ride to be available which would be today at 3:30pm she keeps yelling and saying I could’ve answered the text. Wow! I work with kids who have autism, I can’t be on my phone she kept telling me I could’ve answered. I’ve never met someone so high on herself and disrespectful. Stay away from this place! Not worth the hassle! The mechanics really don’t fix anything. And they don’t keep their word when it comes to business.

Give Atlanta a raise. The most painless auto buying experience. I went to 7 other dealerships that wouldn’t work with me without $7k down for a $5k vehicle. All these pre approved dealers are a lie if you have bad credit. I know and am honest that my credit is messed up, that’s my fault. These name brand dealers only want to deal with people if your last name is Trump. This is the way car buying should be. Hopefully you’ll choose them for your next car buying experience.

Absolute joke. This place is absolutely horrendous. The salesmen are very incompetent and are always running back and forth to the boss in the back to check on everything. Very time consuming. They also ran my cosigner and my credit through 7 different lenders without informing us that they were doing so. They after several days of giving me the run around called to tell me the good news. The good news being that they were able to get me approved for a vehicle that they decided they wanted to sell and not the vehicle that I chose. They then told me that I should be grateful that they were even wasting their time working with me as i was considered high risk and that people like me should be grateful that they were able to be approved for any car even if they didn't like it. They also said that I should just take the car and be happy that I was approved for anything. This business is only here to sell anything and everything they can no matter how bad it affects anyone in the long run and they purposefully mislead the consumer to try and trick them into a sale.

Jonny knows how to take care of your auto needs. He is fair and doesn’t candy coat any issues that come up with you and your credit or the car. Very professional. Will definitely buy here again if the need arises.
