Was booked to stay for 10 days….I stayed 2 nights and went somewhere else.Room was very noisy from the traffic, dirty dishes left in dishwasher, shower door wouldn’t stay closed, shower bath gel missing liquid and the breakfast staff member was on their phone and scolding at some kids trying to get their breakfast. Front desk staff needs to be more polite.Wouldn’t come back or recommend.

Great staff...accommodating and cheerful. I thought I'd treat myself to the "higher-end" of Hilton. Usually I go to Hampton Inns, and have NEVER had a bad breakfast. I would assume the breakfast would be "above" a Hampton Inn...boy, was I let down! The breakfast is severely lacking at this location...to put it mildly. I've been at Hampton Inns with far better breakfasts, and I know Home2 and HIs are owned by Hilton. Isn't an H2 supposed to be "above" an HI? No waffle maker, no bananas, only "scrambled" eggs (that were swimming in water) every morning, no breakfast meat besides those anemic looking, gray, turkey-based patties...that no-one actually likes. Look, I'm usually not "that complainer guy", but I have to say something about this location's breakfast. I'm supposed to comeback the weeks of Dec. 11th AND Dec. 18th (two consecutive weeks in a row). Could you improve the breakfast before I get back...PLEASE?!

Diamond Member. Clean hotel but sheets do not fit, pillows are unacceptable and management is subpar. We have travelled for 30 years for business and have never heard of being charged parking in a suburb??? We were charged for parking here. Beware. The refrigerator is tiny and doesn’t cool. There is no microwave. The air conditioner and heater do not work. One of the perks of Diamond Membership is late check out….not here. When we were young, we stayed at budget hotels. quite a bit. They all surpassed the quality of this hotel. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

72 dollars incidentals is a joke for a 3 night stay. Room is comfortable but TV doesn't work first night got here late asked to have it fixed at 515 pm almost 7 pm and nobody has shown up. Stay at this hotel almost everytime I come to grapevine but will be looking for better accommodations after this visit. And yes corporate I have told my company about this. They are looking into different hotels too

We generally stay in vacation rentals because we usually cook and this seemed like a comparable option cost-wise and including the free breakfast.Upon arriving, we realized the kitchenette is not all that useful. The only real way to prepare food is in the microwave. (Ewww.) Given that food prep isn't possible, the full sized fridge and dishwasher don't make a ton of sense.Housekeeping isn't done unless on request or your stay is longer than five days. This is becoming standard in hotels and good to keep in mind if you're comparing pros and cons of a hotel versus a vacation rental. The room was comfortable, clean and pretty spacious. The blackout shades are wonderful and allowed us to sleep in. However, the proximity to the highway made it generally pretty noisy especially at peak driving times. Ask for a room on the other side or bring ear plugs or a way to do white noise at night. The free breakfast is a nice perk but we only went once because it was just okay. There's a decent selection but nothing is terribly good or the right temperature (lukewarm is about the best you can expect). I didn't like the coffee but my husband did. Downtown Dallas was 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic. Across the highway from the hotel is a Target for items you might have forgotten and many places to eat (all chain restaurants though). I would stay here again but I would choose the side of the hotel without the kitchenette. We barely used it.

I travel extensively for work and always stay at Home2 properties. THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER. You may as well sleep on the Highway. Be prepared for constant traffic noise. I typically check in on line to avoid street side rooms. The online check in was not working. I'll never stay here again.

Booked a 3 night stay and upon arrival the power was out. The beautiful young lady ( that had only been employed there for 2 weeks )at the reception desk explained the situation and did an amazing job at resolving any issues with customers. She was very professional and resolved all issues, personally escorted all visitors to their rooms due to key card program issue. I would definitely stay here again.

This is NOT worth booking to reside at this hotel. Unbelievable poor customer service and untrained staff. There were countless problems staying at this hotel. First of all the lack of service is evident when you make a simple request to have your room cleaned. They appease you at the front desk but no services are intended to be rendered. Secondly the key system malfunctioned daily. Creating the constant request for new keys. The back gate key was completely shut down forcing everyone through the front. Then the electrical system, only at this hotel, malfunctioned. No electricity in the entire hotel. No staff available but the front desk. She has been on staff for two weeks and the lack of training was evident. Called the electrician but had no idea as to when this person would show. In the mean time several people almost was locked on the elevator. She tried her best to make the situation tolerable but all other staff ignored the guest. Congratulations to Mia to attempting to manage an unattainable situation. There was no manager on site last night and this is a common occurrence. My elder parents could not navigate the stairs and it took hours to fix the problem. Thank goodness. There’s no back up generator for this 2 yr old hotel. It’s not worth the stay. To add insult to injury the next morning. The manager refused to address the customers. Claiming she was in a call in the back office. Can’t believe Hilton would operate such a poor business model at Euless Tx.

Chose this hotel as it was one of the better brands on the list of hotels that we were given the option to book through my company. Brand name unfortunately doesn’t mean anything. This hotel is like a college dorm with RA’s as the staff. It was dirty both in the rooms and the overall hotel itself, nothing worked or was “out of order” and the staff was rude and lacked any type of training. Also don’t even bother asking them about the airport shuttle it’s basically just there for show. PS. Please train the staff to properly clean the rooms and make sure they are stocked before each guest.

So the location is great, the lobby is spacious and clean, and they have a great selection of snacks. My digital room key didn't work upon check in. It was already hot outside and the hallways and elevator felt like outside. When the whole point of a digital key is to bypass all that, I had to walk back down, stand in line and wait for a key. There's nothing fancy about the rooms. I always bring celandine supplies or go get them because the rooms are never clean to my standards. My biggest complaint is hair when I pull towels out it's long hairs on the bed, on the floor, on the back of the toilet seat It should be a standard practice tie your hair up or wear a net.I know they have a lot of rooms to clean, but they need to pay attention to details.

The hotel, rooms, staff, and location were amazing, the only drawback was the breakfast. The breakfast was awful and should not be offered, it'd be better just providing some grab and go items from Costco or Sam's Club instead.Food & drinks: The hotel, rooms, staff, and location were amazing, the only drawback was the breakfast.
