What a beautiful Homegoods! It’s the most clean, organized and well displayed Homegoods I have visited so far. Not too big not too small and with great variety of goods, seasonal and regular.
The employees are very professional and friendly. All willing to help and provide a great service, which is something most of retail places lack now days. This Homegoods makes the difference. Thank you for showing what excellence in customer service is all about! 😊 will be back soon !!

Horrible customer service including the manager on site. The cashiers are rather busy chatting while leaving customers waiting in line. Good luck trying to return a single item and get treated bad.
Won’t be back to this home goods location.

You can always find great options at a decent price. Purchased dinner plates, salad plates and bowls for under $35. Then of course you will always find other essentials for your home.

They are cheap, and their merchandise reflects that, in my opinion. They sell the kind of decor I use as filler; the things I use to fill a empty space until I can find something of much higher quality that I know I’ll still love five or ten years from now.

I was looking for a 2nd lamp for my bedroom and had been to several TJ and Homegoods stores. The Store Manager, Michelle, asked for a pic and shared it with the DFW region. Within 5 minutes she located the lamp for me. Thank you Michelle and Thank you HomeGoods for having a Store Leader that went above and beyond to locate this lamp for me.
