I literally got it back after y’all towed it illegally on 11/02. It’s now 11/04 and my car was towed illegally again. Their reason this time was that I didn’t have visitor parking authorization. I live here. I’ve lived here ALL year long. I recently got this new car and now I’m facing all these issues with y’all. The tow guy literally drove past MANY illegally parked/unregistered vehicles in the streets, fire lanes, etc and yet drove into the gated community I live in and towed my car ? Even after I’ve explained to the storage place and the tow guy himself that I live here and the car is registered. I already paid the $320 on Saturday and I’m not about to pay another $300 that I don’t have. This is ridiculous. Y’all seriously need to do something about this tow guy who doesn’t tow anyone but people that live here. It also doesn’t help that the storage place knows NOTHING to help, y’all have no number to contact anyone in situations like this. Y'all aren’t available during the weekends which does not help anyone either.

These guys are the worst America has to offer. Creeping into the night like a common thief, taking away the one precious valuable that hard working people literally depend on to provide for their families; and then charging an outrageous amount to get it back in order to justify their own miserable existence. I feel sorry for these low life's. How they have to come home and tell their kids what they do for a living.

My mother in laws vehicle was towed after we had a medical emergency occur and it was at our apartment complex for a couple of hours. They tossed a bunch of stuff around in her car and went through personal things and stole credit cards that were in her car. The cards were thankfully locked after they went missing but later on my mother in law got a notification that one of her cards had a declined purchase for a lottery ticket. Trash company, trash people, extremely unprofessionally and disgusting.

This is my second time being towed from my OWN apartment complex where my vehicle is registered where there is literally never any available parking spots for the tenets and you can’t even get in contact with the towing company horrible scamming system

If I could give them 0 star, I would. They are very unprofessional and rude. I was moving out of my apartment and running up and down the stairs to load up my truck and he waited until I went back up to tow me. Truck number 6. License plate number T1647K.

This is a predatory tow truck company. The driver waited until I went back upstairs to my daughter's apartment after emptying her garbage. She then had to call her fiance' to leave work to take me to get my car. After complaining to the manager about the practices of the company, we get to the Euless location, they are no longer keeping cars there. Went to Fort Worth on Rosedale and the bumper was damaged and one of my lights was completely gone. So I had to get a damage claim form, now I have to wait to see what happens. I will be filing a complaint with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The driver dragged by car by the bumper, so they can hurry up and get the car off the property before properly securing my car to the tow truck. I'm starting a petition and will be seeking litigation for the damages done to my car, because of some money hungry people. Tow truck companies are no benefit to apartment complexes, they are in it only to benefit themselves. They were already sued in Denton. You can add me to the list.

just know that the people who work here get their money from a horrible source of peoples hard earned money. money is money tho right? also, thanks for scratching up my car and towing it 25 min from where you took it. ill just hop in my other car to go get it. oh wait. how am I suppose to do that? I only have 1 car. oh yeah ill just get an uber. Thanks for horribly stimulating the economy you scam of a business.

These jokers towed my car from a resident parking spot in the apartment complex WHERE I LIVE, and the reason given for the tow was that I was in a visitor parking spot without a permit. Well, I was not, they are blind and I was in a non-visitor spot. Thankfully I have the GPS parking location info to prove that, and we will be meeting in court soon for a tow hearing. Stupid, predatory business.

I've called multiple times for someone being parked in my reserved spot and they never show up, I pay for my reserved spot so I'd like to park in it... I thought a tow company would like to get paid to take cars, figured wrong apparently

This sorry place called Innovative Parking Management towed my car from my apartments out of the handicap accessible parking space. I was born with Spina Bifida and rely 100 percent on a wheelchair to get around. I have a current handicap placard hanging from my rear view mirror. I had to pay this morning $330 to get my car out of the impound. I have reached out to Innovative but they have not returned my call. I really don’t know how these people sleep at night towing disabled people’s cars that are parked legally with a handicap placard or plates.
