I visited this location on 3/7. I ordered through the mobile app then went inside to pick up my order. Long story short, one of the workers was touching food, then approached register, handed another customer his food, went to the drive through window to deliver an order then returned to the food area. She wasn’t wearing gloves, nor did she wash her hands. I informed her that I wanted a refund because handling food and touching other objects was unsanitary. She told me I needed to cancel the order through the app. I asked her where do I go to do that? She stated that she didn’t know. I asked her to speak to a manager because her attitude and acting like it wasn’t a big deal that she was touching food without gloves or washing her hands. She said she was in charge. I asked for corporate’s number. She said it’s on the door (in a dismissive tone). I snapped a screenshot and texted the number for one of the managers. After speaking to him through text, he said that he would look at the cameras the next day. He also said he would refund my money. As of today I haven’t heard from anyone and money has yet to be refunded. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!

Maria was rude didn’t offer any condiments when I asked for manger no manger on dutie then called for when Manger will be there and guess who Maria answered so I asked when manger will be there and I got ohhh not till like 2 or 3 I. AfternoonSo ok what is their name and she hangs up phone I call back several times after and no answer

Every morning at 4am this jack in the box be close the system is down I be on my way to work they be ride the clock ⏰️ so if you plan to go the this jack in the box good luck they going to say we are close 24 hours whataburger all way welcome 24 hours never have problems with no system

Service has always been bad, tried this place like 5 times in the last couple of years always disappointed. Also there prices are higher then a normal jack in the box.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. THIS LOCATION IS VERY RUDE. IN ADDITION THEY ARE NOT EVEN OPEN 24/7. BUT PROCEED TO LEAVE THE OPEN SIGN ON 24/7. IT RIDICULOUS.

we don't have Jack in the Box near me where I live and I haven't been to one in years now. I'm staying in the Dallas area for a few days and saw one down the street form me and was hungry so I went to the drive-thru. there were six cars ahead of me. each car took at least 5 minutes at the speaker placing their order. took me nearly 30 minutes just to get my order placed. took a long time just to pay as well after placing my order. when I got my order he handed me the wrong thing. when I finally got my proper order, the fries were already cold and soggy. The egg rolls were hot and delicious. The sourdough burger I got was just okay.

I just called 10 times trying to get a hold of the manager. The phone was not answered 6 out of the 10 times I called. 2 times I was able to get someone on the phone but as soon as I asked for a manager they hung up on me. The other two times, they proceeded to ask me why I needed a manager. I told them, I wanted to report a labor violation. They hung up on me both times. I called Friday 8/18/23 between 2:50 pm and 3:05 pm. Whoever works this shift and answered the phone is very unprofessional and needs to be fired.

Pulled up today to get food paid almost $20 for a large drink whole cup was ice which makes no room for tea so I practically paid for ice oh and paid $5 for a plain bun meat and cheese jumbojack this burger was small as hell I can go to burger King and get two burgers twice the size for $6 and my sourdough jack I told them no tomatoes and bacon what do they do put tomatoes and bacon on itI appreciate the fast service but they need to slow down its not even busy at all and they still managed to mess up my order I won't come back to those location again $5 for a small pain burger with no veggies or sauce on it its a ripoff if u ask me and I'm a food critic and I give this place honestly a 4 food tasted good but ridiculous prices and workers not listening to customers I'll just stick with burger king u actually get what u paid for

if i can rate no starz i would i order 4 taco specifically asked i want them made fresh nd i got my taco i seen mold in my taco and throught up the first one i bit into really bad service i want refund nd report this location the food nor fresh im difentaly not going back.

Whoever was working the drive thru seemingly didn’t know how to speak up or listen since it took them 10 minutes to get my order alone and another 15 wait time to get the order only for it to be missing half of it.
