I’m a single woman and had to go here for a strange noise my car was making. I had no idea what was going on but was so relieved when he told me it just needed a new motor mount and was fast and not very expensive at all. I was in a situation where I could’ve been taken advantage of easily, and I truly appreciate their honesty And great work and great service

Quick update, not satisfied with service on last visit. Employees seemed lazy that day and turned down potential work because it's too much for them. They do recommend a place called Dwaynes automotive and I think I'll be going there in the future instead. They don't go above and beyond at Japanese auto works, nowadays they are rude and lazy...my last experience

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyon,took my car there for a valve body replacement, after spending 3k car still not working properly, when I took my car the first day there i told them about the issue they said they have to diagnos the car their selfs to make sure that's the problem, which is cool,
I told them about the problems the car still had after the repair was done. The only answer I got was that your car has too many miles.

Outstanding!!! Didn't know that this establishment was "Hondtune"... My Infiniti 2003 G35 coupe was overheating, thought I had a head gasket failure. I had past history of my 89 Prelude with Hondtune, which I took to them multiple times in the 90's. Basic maintenance, timing belt, ball joint boots, etc. I thought they were out of business. When I researched multiple repair facilities to take my G35 to, I came across JAW. Saw in reviews that they were formally Hondtune on HWY 10. Back in the day with my Prelude, they only serviced Honda's, now they service all Japanese makes, including Infiniti. Immediately felt this is where my G35 needs to go. Towed it to JAW. They didn't disappoint, they were up front and honest with my situation. They diagnosed my G35 for three days, replaced the temp sensor and bled the coolant system. I got it back today and it is working great, no longer overheating. I drove it very "hard" tonight, for over 60 minutes, temp gauge sat just below halfway point (just like it should). They were up front and honest, they told me that the car got "HOT" which caused the Engine light to come on. They have no way of telling how HOT it got, but from their diagnostic tests, there is no symptom that the "head" was damaged. We shall see. Bottom line, this is all anyone would want from a repair shop, get you back on the road, and be totally honest with you. Hopefully, we will be good to go. Seriously, we are talking about a 21-year-old car, but since I bought it back in 2003 and am the original owner and love it, I was devastated that I might have to get rid of it. Thankfully, because of JAW (Hondtune), I won't have to make that decision today (hopefully, never). Anyone with a Japanese import should bring their older model to JAW, you won't be disappointed. They are honest and upfront; I will be bringing my G35 and my 2008 Toyota Tacoma to them for all repairs moving forward. I am so happy that JAW/Hondtune is still in business. 5 out of 5 stars, even if I have issues with the G35 moving forward because it got "HOT", I trust them as I know they are an honest repair facility.

These amazing mechanics definitely know what they’re doing. Went there for a diagnosis on why my car wasn’t blowing cold air and check engine light, they proceeded to try and help me by just looking at my radiator/condenser with a camera. They told me it was a wire that was pinched and let me know how much it would cost. But because it could be removed by removing the entire front of the car, I did it myself and my AC works! Many thanks for the entire crew for being knowledgeable, kind and honest. I will make sure to take my car here for any future repairs and oil changes!

The staff here does great work on our Subaru. They are honest and do a great job with explaining what needs to be done. They stick to the manufacturer 's recommended maintenance and do not try to upsell me on any unnecessary procedures.

I've been taking my vehicles to Japanese Autoworks for years and the service today just reinforced why. I had to have the coolant bypass valve on my car replaced. The dealership wanted to charge me $1,100. I called Chris and he got the job done in a few short hours and saved me over $700! Beyond that, he is always patient with all my questions and overall, just pleasant to deal with. Thank you!
