Hours: Joy Wash & Dry is a great and amazing place, described as fresh and so clean-clean from top to bottom. It is very calm and quiet, especially in the early mornings. The laundromat has lots of machines in great working order, with many washers and dryers of different sizes. The machines are coin-operated, user-friendly, and appear to be in excellent condition, working like they just came out of the box. There is ample seating and tables to fold, with several non-squeak laundry carts. Vending machines are available for washing supplies and for munching snack foods and beverages. The restroom is clean and fully stocked. There is a nice attendee whose candor and customer service is very welcoming and helpful; he seems to care about his customers. The business offers great service with both bundled service and self laundry, and the staff is courteous. While generally positive, a note advises customers to check the washers and dryers before loading clothes due to a rare incident. Some feedback mentions the location is not the safest and that the attendant can sometimes seem harsh, but his dedication as a business owner is appreciated.
