I've known the owner for years. Dropped a transmission off with him first of January to be rebuilt and picked up late Feb, plenty of time and assured me it'd be done by then. Now he's ignored dozens of my calls and messages. Keeps the shop locked up during business hours yet his personal pickup moves in the parking lot daily. My transmission was still in the bed of another customers pickup, 7 weeks in the winter weather. Recommended many people to go to him but never again. Absolutely disrespectful business ethics aside from being a POS friend now. Sorry Jimmy but you have no excuse for doing what you did to me.

Listen and Listen closely!!! DO NOT go here. Things started off as a trusted relationship and the highest respect as my mechanic. However my last experience was sooo Janky and cruel Im thinking about pursuing a lawsuit. They took my vehicle for a joyride or weekend vacation(While it was left with the intentions of getting it fixed) because it came back with over 1000 miles more than when I dropped it off. There was also white dog hair everrrry where in my truck. Also my check engine light was back on the day after I picked my truck up and “Billy” all of a sudden stops answering his phone! This place is full of crooks and con artist I am utterly disgusted! So before you make the mistake I did just remember You’ve been WARNED???♀️

Went in for a front end alignment. He did the routine but not the procedure. I needed my right back left align. He did nothing. I watched him do nothing. Plus he got oil on my right door panel and door. I drive a Mercedes! Just oil everywhere. If you drive a luxury vehicle take it to the dealership. I learned my lesson.

The owner is so racists! And the staff is very rude and unprofessional and unfair. If You're African American I recommend you to not go to this slave plantation that they call a shop! It's 2018 you will think that we all will get treated the same in America but this shows that getting treated horribly due to skin color still exists. They have took money from me several times and didn't pay a penny back! Any one that comes to this shop for any business make sure that you are a white man are woman!ðŸ˜

Hope he doesn't screw his customers over the way he did me...I was not paid for work that I did for this business. The owner turned out to be quite a flake. Proceed with caution.

JR’s Euless Transmission refused to honor their warranty against workmanship after replacing the water pump, oil cooler lines and timing chain December 06, 2016.• JR’s Euless Transmission warranty was one year or 12,000 milesMy truck broke down in February on 2017 and was out of commission for five months.Per a statement directly from his own employees mouth “We haven’t even raised the hood on the truck”. At one point in trying to resolve this issue, Jimmy the owner, became sarcastic and accused my mother (who was driving my truck) of being “too old to drive if she couldn’t hear something happening with the engine”. I was away on a job assignment and my mother (who was 80 at the time) was using my truck and I certainly would have not left her with an unsound vehicle. She stated to me that it all happened so quickly from the moment she heard something to the time the engine shut down; she actually had to coast off the road.I had approached Jimmy about a knocking noise as I had heard something before I ever went out of town and left the vehicle in my mothers care. I had taken it in to address the knocking but it was not as prominent as it had been the first time I heard it. He took it around back and did something with it, came back and told me it was a loose muffler fitting and he tightened it down as best he could.I was unable to facilitate the repair of my truck due to being on assignment in Indiana. I retained my brother as my representative to handle in my absence. Jimmy was less then cooperative as I had to make a few calls to him myself. He stated to my brother that “he wasn’t able to get to it” and that “my brother would have to come help him work on it”. By this time four months had passed and I finally just told my brother to pick up the truck and take it to his mechanic to be fixed as my mother needed my truck.According to the documentation from the mechanic that completed the repair, he stated that the harmonic balancer was so loose that it could be tightened by hand. This is probably what created the chain of events that caused the new (?) timing chain to break and the engine to lock up and dump all the oil. The mechanic also noted that the oil cooler lines were leaking because the wrong gaskets were used. The timing chain cover had not been replaced and this was evident by the writing on the inside of the cover that clearly states from the factory to replace the cover when replacing the timing chain and all of the silicon build up around the cover to seal it as a gasket is used when replacing the timing cover.Due to his and his teams incompetence I had to replace the engine in my truck. I have detailed documentation by the mechanic of everything he found while replacing the engine as well as all the parts and engine that had to be replaced.Beware, I wouldn’t trust this guy to put air in my tires.

Everybody should have a mechanic that they trust. With us it's Jimmy (and before him, his father). We've been going to this shop for years and they have never failed to deliver outstanding service

Took my car around a month and a half ago. To start with Jimmy the so called mechanic told me it was going to have it ready for the next day and never did. 2 days passed by finally get the car he first told me it was going to be one amount when I went to pick up the car he came up that it was going to be $400 . Take the car home next day same leak problem. Take the car back after weekend on a Tuesday drop it off again and I he tells me same thing once again ,that'll hell have an answer in a few hours . At this point it's been week and half and still don't know anything. Every time I got a hold of him (Jimmy) olways got the same respond that I'll have my car by the end of the day. One more week pass by and at this point in done waiting so I called and I called untill he finally responded. Finally get the car back. Month and 2 weeks had passed by and guess what the problem still continues. I take the car back this pass Wednesday drop it off again and he tells me it's going to be a few hours cause he doesn't have a lift open which was a tremendous lie cause I went on the back and he had a lift empty. Once again he tells me I'll have an answer in a few hours and nothing , do ended up calling and like always no response from this guy. Finally he calls me back saying hell have the car check the next day once again this dude don't commit to his word . Next day comes and he calls and start explaining what I already know but he told me he was getting everything fixed once again. By 10:20 I went to go pick my car up after work he sees me arrive and with this attitude and very unprofessional tell me the keys were in the mailbox. Previous to that I messaged him multiple times to tell me where he was going to leave the keys and he never responded. I get home after picking the car up and I notice my rear seat it's been chewed by something I take a picture send it to him asking what's happened to my rear seats and like always no response. I honestly don't recommend this place at all .... horrible horrible experience. Please stay away . I still don't know how this guy own a business.
