I go to the Southlake location regularly, and never have any issues there. I unfortunately had to place an online order at the Euless location as their website showed they were the only store in the area that had the items I wanted in stock. I received order confirmation, and an email saying the entire order was filled. When I picked up my order, only 2 of my 9 items were in the bag, but I did not realize this until I arrived home.I called the store to see if there was another bag for my order, and the employee said no, and explained that the reason my order wasn't filled was because they were out of stock. She said I could return the 2 items if I wanted to.I brought the items back to the store, and Sharon was rude to me, saying she was the one who packed my order, realized they were out of stock, and said she labeled it as "no fill." She explained that I would have an email saying the items were not filled. I checked my email, and the email I got said the ENTIRE order was filled. I showed this to Sharon as well as her manager, Jennifer, and they were stumped. Sharon kept arguing saying she listed it as "no fill." I asked Sharon if she was able to check if other locations had the remaining items I needed, and she said no, that I could just call them myself.The manager, Jennifer, was kind, but kept telling me I didn't pay the amount that was on the receipt and asked me to show my bank statement. I ended up having to show her my PayPal payment to Kirkland's so she would believe that the amount on the receipt is the amount I paid. She then attempted to process a refund for nearly HALF of what I actually paid, and kept telling me it's because of the discount. She was doing math incorrectly the entire time, and adding my discount amount in twice, but still ending up with an incorrect total. Once I finally explained the math to her, she was finally able to provide me with my full refund.This was a horrible experience and I will absolutely never step foot in this store again. If you want to shop at Kirkland's, shop at the Southlake location as their employees are kind, helpful, and competent.

Nice store, but horrible service. I waited 20 minutes to check out and I was only the third person in line. They had one staff member covering the whole store and she was searching for an online order for the guest in front of me. I decided to leave. My time is more valuable. With this trajectory, they will be next to go out of business.

I recently visited Kirkland located in Euless Texas store #927. The customer service was completely unprofessional. The checker, Lanessia Smith started to yell and used profound language because I simply looked at her. She told me shop elsewhere and leave the store. In the middle of checking me out she left the transaction as she continued to yell at me. I have never been more embarrassed nor put in a situation where I had to defend myself. She clearly did not like her job. Beware of her. Never shopping there again.

We had an unfortunate snafu with a shipped item from Kirklands (the shippers are not always careful when items are in Transit and ours arrived damaged ). We dashed over to this location for assistance - and Stephanie was a doll, getting us fixed up. Thank you Kirklands for such a wonderful Responsive team and quick support. Lovely home decor items too - this location is worth checking out!

I went into the Southlake store multiple times. I'm not sure why but the employees at this store are miserable and my presence seemed to bother them immensely. I do enjoy looking through the Kirkland products in store so I will visit the Euless store and hope I have better experiences. Customer service is the name of the game. All customers need is respect and acknowledgement.

Well my wife and I went into Kirkland's and I kind of think it's pricey I don't think they should charge as much as they are for their merchandise they definitely think a lot about what they have but you know we had to go in there for a certain reason we didn't find it and we left so I mean it's beautiful in there nice product that kind of stuff but I think it's pricey

Excellent customer service! They go above & beyond to make sure you're finding everything okay and remind you of current sale prices they currently have going on.
