Nice room for the price.....but the people in the room next door left a dog in their room that barrked for hours. Kind of cancels out a good review when you can't sleep. Won't de back.

No one informed us of signing a list for shuttle when we went to try to get a ride to the airport shuttle driver was rude and disrespectful ...on top of the shuttle driver we tried swimming and the amount of chlorine burns your eyes and my wife's shirt even changed colors cause way too much was added...I'm not one to typically complain but horrible place to stay

Cleaning services are very nice and timely. Shuttle services are poor since they seem really inconvenienced anytime you request it. I was completely rejected without any explanation after 20 minutes of waiting at the front

This hotel is conveniently located by 183, making for easy and quick access to the airport. Rooms are decent, and the front desk staff are friendly.

Aimee was so welcoming during check in and check out! All the staff was great! The Blow-dryer a d iron were bonuses! The room was comfortable and clean!! The indoor pool and hot tub were great! The Hot breakfast was delicious! Not one complaint! I loved this hotel and will definitely come back!

I stayed at La Quinta for 3 days and had the best service there! From the minute I spoke with Lisa over the phone, where she was able to accommodate me with a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Upon arrival, Lisa was very courteous and had exceptional customer service as she gave me my hotel key card and explained the amenities to me. The breakfast the following morning was very reasonable and held me over until lunch. Overall it was a great stay and I look forward to coming back here again!

We booked because we wanted an indoor pool and hot tub due to the time of year I was unsure of the weather. We arrived and could smell the humid moldy smell in lobby but pretty typical with places with indoor pools... no big deal but we went to the pool excited to get in a hot tub after a day of driving and only found a breading ground of bacteria in what they called their hot tub. I immediately asked if something could be done or at least offer a small discount for having broken unsafe amenity’s we couldn’t use. The lady at front counter said “ o yea it’s broke you can still get in it’s hot” I told her wasn’t getting in the green brown water and when I asked for a discount she replied with “people are gonna come regardless why would I give you a discount”Safety: Unsafe possibly catch a bad bacterial infection

A very nice hotel... love the indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was okay. Rooms very clean and professional. I was a little disappointed about the tubs being taking out the rooms, but the shower was awesome.

Great looking. Great staff especially Lisa!!! Great room. Extended parking, sleep, shuttle to and from airport, sleep, eat breakfast and go. I have never done a park and fly and so far so good!Safety: LOTS OF LIGHTS AND THEY PATROL THE PARKING LOTS!

We've stayed at this hotel multiple times and never really had any complaints. However, this time the shuttle driver made our departure a reason to probably not stay there again. We were told that we need to be in the lobby 10 minutes prior to departure. We had 6 pieces of luggage, 2 toddlers and normally we would have been in the lobby just in time but when we wanted to get in the elevator the cleaning lady took us one level up and after that the elevator stopped 2 more times on our way down to the lobby. As we arrived in the lobby the shuttle was parked outside, so my husband started loading the lugguage into the shuttle. We didn´t make the ten minutes prior due to the elevator but we were still in time. The shuttle driver came out and told my husband in an rude attitude that we are too late and the next shuttle runs in an hour. My husband was about to call a taxi that brings us to the airport. I walked into the hotel again and explained the lady at the front desk what happened with the elevator and told her that it was not our fault. I think she talked to the manager about it and told me that the shuttle driver will drive us now. I think the shuttle driver is just rude and this hasn´t been the first time, he never helped loading and unloading the bags in the shuttle. Of course this is not the way how you can get a tip. We are a little disappointed about this incident because we actually enjoyed our stays there.

We stayed here back in 2020 for Christmas with our girls and had a wonderful stay. This time around it was not pleasant. We booked for 10/6 & 10/7 our wedding night. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was the same lady who checked me in. So when I called to tell her the room was filthy she raised her voice asking me how if I had been here for 3 hours and had 2 rooms. I corrected her and told her no I booked 1 room and had only been there for 30 minutes then she goes oh ok. I asked if someone would come sweep because there was a nail on the floor and what appears to be someone's finger nail. I cant believe they gave this room to a guest. As a customer im asking her if someone could come clean it or give a discount- because now I'd have to clean it before my wedding night. But her solution was for me to gather my things, get out and get refunded. She even said I could check the hotel next door instead. Lisa the new manager of the hotel came to that room to see what I was talking about and I let her know I was upset by the front desks service and supposed solutions to me. I had so much to do, I had already unloaded everything from my vehicle and to have to look for another hotel was not something I had time to do. I really wished I had went to another hotel. Lisa did apologize and it was not her error. To future guests- check your room before unloading all your things into that room. My check in wasn't pleasant with the front desk and I should of known from there that I should of cancelled. She told Lisa I'd have to wait to check in because she was going outside and when she came back asked me for my ID and wasn't even behind the front desk and was rushing me to get it out as if she had been waiting on me and it was definitely me waiting for her. The morning of the 8th (check out time) the guests above our room were running and jumping at 7 am. I called the front desk and a guy answered. I told him we were trying to sleep and couldn't because of those guests and his answer was "well they're checking out today so...." at this point I just hung up on him. I really think this entire visit should of been comped because it was NOT a pleasant experience and I will be contacting corporate. If you're thinking maybe you should, I'm here to tell you don't do it, you'd be better off probably sleeping in your car at QT

We had a horrible experience with service. First of all, when I did a hotel search for what was right next to the airport, it sent me to this hotel's site, which was more than 5 miles away. If we had been there under normal circumstances, the distance wouldn't have been a big deal. Then at the hotel, the concierge was not very aware with every interaction and we were on a very tight schedule due to airline mishap. In the morning she seemed barely awake and we weren't allowed on the shuttle because she put down our room number wrong when we requested to be on the list when we had arrived at the hotel at 1:30am. Had to pay $80 to uber to make sure we made it to the airport on time.
