Forrest is phenomenal. The facility is nice and super clean. I’d leave five stars except my rates kept increasing which made it make more sense to move my stuff somewhere else with a much better price. The people working on site are awesome though!

I would highly recommend the Euless Life Storage/Extra Space Storage facility. Yes it might be on the older side but it's well taken care of and you're just storing stuff anyway! They do have climate controlled units, which I would highly recommend seeing as it gets extremely hot in the summer and the heat will ruin everything! Plus they have the best manager, Steve, who truly values you as a customer and does whatever necessary to keep your business! Loyalty matters and it feels good to be appreciated by a business! Kudos to Steve & Life Storage, where you, the customer, matter!

My experience with Life Storage - Euless, TX and positive interactions with Steve, Manager at this location has restored my faith and trust in the storage rental business and management! I have had some horrific experiences with other storage companies and some managers over the last 11 years that made me a cynic of that industry. I am happy to say that manager Steve at Life Storage has been fair, attentive to needs, and consistent in his provision of high quality customer service and security!
