Interesting how this seems to think they are the best at customer service. If one has any cognizance they will notice that none of the employees that work here are of any help nor will they care albeit that is their job. First, the lunber section is atrocious, 2 x 4's strewn about not to be bothered. next electrical, nothing is available thats all there is. Paint. dont bither with the dime headed individual whom thinks he is of superiority because he works there, he wont even bother to help you they obviously have personal issues with their lives as they only wanted to smear me.
which is a shame. lastly, the order fulfillment.... dare I say it.... zero compentence among them. Who hires these people? I mean seriously you couldn't try at least for something? wow lowe's you have amazed me and in the most dumbfounding ways showed me why you lose business. lol

I bought 4 plants on sale they almost look dead and was told by a worker that I could return them, I planted them follow instruction and they kept dying, I went back to return them and was told very rudely by the woman at the return center I could not return them and to read the return policy, I went and read it (she pointed at the wall) and I told hem nowhere in there says i can’t return them she then dismissed me overly rude, worst customer service ever! After all the money I’ve spend at this store will never come back again.

Took over an hour to find the key and unlock a riding mower. Then it wouldn't start. It has a secret safety switch that no one knew about. Returned that one without ever starting it. Went to another location where we got one that turned over. Got it home and it wouldn't start. That's when I found the secret switch on the mower deck. Thank God for youtube. If you are buying anything at Lowe's be aware that they don't know anything about their products.

We just purchased a dishwasher at the store off Glade in Euless. Turns out they sold us a faulty appliance. Not only was there water inside the dishwasher when we received it, it wasn’t washing at all. We got it installed by our handyman bc they weren’t
able to get it done before Easter.
After talking to the store manager it’s apparent that we won’t receive any customer service. Which the store manager agreed to……can’t help you. It’s not our problem if appliances don’t work. We’ll exchange it but won’t give any additional service.
Not only didn’t I have a dishwasher over Easter but I’m additionally out hundreds of dollars for installing, uninstalling and then installing a new one.
Unbelievable that any store can afford giving zero service these days. Definitely don’t recommend buying at that store. If you do, I hope you never have to deal with this incompetent management.

Nice clean store, employees are very friendly and helpful.
It’s nice to know if you’re walking around in their store, that employees stop to ask if there’s anything they can help you find.
Home Depot is lacking in that area, at least that’s been my experience the last few years; when visiting their stores.

staff are always friendly. a little busy on weekends, but you would expect that. the new self-checkout arrangement is a lot better than the old.
removed a star - went to check out near the the lumber entrance, no one on the register, about 3 guys at the pro counter. one kid walks over from there, gets behind the counter, and ignores me - talks over me, around me, and walks away

not one of those employees could be bothered to at least call another cashier, but the lack of professionalism was exacerbated by the simple lack of common courtesy
screw it, that's two stars off; no, three...
...there are other places
