Fairly well stocked and mostly clean. Very few employees and the self-checkout makes me crazy! Trying to scan large items in the cart and the 'guardian' wants me to move everything as I scan it into a new cart- No! You either do it all or let me do it the way I want. Just hire some people to work the registers!

Went to look for some cleaning stuffs and new door knobs.. I have and excellent customer service and especially form the cashier, she was so helpful and also provided with Wonderful tips and advise!

I attempted to make a return, within 2 weeks of purchase and with a valid receipt and was denied return. I referenced the return policy posted on the wall and on the website and they still refused. Buyer beware.I will be filing a complaint tomorrow.

Okay for in-store purchases, horrendous for deliveries like appliances. I bought a dishwasher from them. When it arrived and was installed, it didn't work. After that, their contractor who does installations ghosted me and I have had to hound them every step of the way to get anything done. It has been almost two weeks and I still don't have a dishwasher or an estimated date I should expect a new one.

After having confirming online that a previous Lowe’s location had Walrus cutting board oil in stock only to arrive at the store to be told it wasn’t in stock, I looked on line to determine whether this location had the product. After confirming online, I called the store only to be transferred with no pickup several times. After being transferred back to the main line I asked for that associate to confirm that they had the product in store. I was told that they did have the product in store and asked the location. The associate said it was in the Garden Center. Since this product is usually carried in the paint section, I asked the associate were they sure and informed them that it should be in the paint department. The associate confirmed. I arrived at the store and did not find the product in either location. U then went to the returns and customer service desk. Even though there were 4 to five associates standing around the desk they did not offer to help and I waited 5 minutes to speak to a return cashier while the extra associates stood and visited among themselves. The associate helping me could not find it easily. Then the adjacent associate said it was in the paint section and she would come help me find it. I walked about twenty yards into the paint stain isle still within visual eye shot from the customer service associates and no one come helped to find it.The associates at this location gave me wrong information about the product being in stock and were not interested in providing helpful service and were more interested in talking to each other. I would not have driven several miles to this location had I known the product was not in stock. This store needs extra training and focus on providing help and appropriate customer service.This was a terrible experience.
