These security guys are jokes that check the cars out the gate! 5 guys standing doing nothing on their phones when I asked them for a jump box around 7:20AM they said 8 AM we can give you jump box. What’s the difference if you have the jump box. I asked for help from the gas guy he said they have it and they are obligated to give it to you. When I went back asked they refused again. So I did couple trips back to them and finally the person that fills up the gas he was helpful he called the person with the jump box. These security guys at the gate they were to lazy to get a radio and call the person with jump box. Finally got the vehicle started checking the car out at the gate. I asked them was it that hard ask for a jump box through the radio. So me and the security guy talked shiiit to each other then the security guy ordered me to “ come out my car and fight him” there were 6 other secure guys were standing doing nothing. They were literally were on their phones for 50 min did nothing only checked one car out and that was me. Never ever going back there again!!!

I have been buying car here at Manheim Dallas and in Fort Worth besides my online buys I have always thought of everyone as fair till today it is funny how I was followed by the front seat security hard because of a scan tool witch I know for a fact others use yet I’m asked not ply to give it up but to id yet it has ent been fist time this has been done when you bring it to there attention they deny the discrimination of his white pals

The staff just don't wanna work. Also very rude, Wanna sit around and do nothing. They open at 7am and they told me to wait till 8am. I simple asked gate has a sign that says 7am they yelled at me and go to the gate someone will b there at around 8am.

They close the gate and not let me out. And it was 10.55 pm. Drivers need some time for loading. And they did that literally on front of me. When i was trying to leave this place.

I am a dealer from AZ and have bought several units from manhiem Dallas-Fort and I would scream STAY AWAY from this auction! I am on day 84 of WAITING FOR A TITLE. Title was sent to us and it was non-transferable so we sent it back and even though we have fedex tracking no one can find the title. We arbitrated the title found out it was LOST and they LIED to me saying the title had been found and we could have it the next day. So we kept the vehicle that was April 12th and we are now on July 8th and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY TITLE. No one is taking responsibility and I can't get answers. And they will not arbitrate the same issue even though they were deceitful and manipulate in saying they have the title. stay far away from this auction if you are an out of state dealer.UPDATE: Day 96 and we still have no resolution to this still no title and the title has now been lost by Dallas for the 3rd time. All we would like is to return the vehicle and unwind the deal since this title is still outstanding and there is no solution to this problem. This has been nothing short of a nightmare. Stay clear from this auction .

Customer service is horrible. Fees are far too high to not have any lot help to locate cars, air up flat tires, etc. Why pay for lotvision devices if they are going to be thrown into the center console and unplugged. My drivers won’t even go here to pick up cars anymore and after today I completely understand why. The whole staff needs to take a class on customer service. Pathetic
