This is a great location. It is clean, organized, and well staffed. The associates were courteous and helpful. Shout out to the cute associate, Anthony, who helped me get an ottoman from the back of the store and helped to load it in my car.

This Marshalls has plenty in stock but things are hard to find. The shoes are in such disarray that I gave up looking. The store seems unkempt with racks of clothing crowded together. The back part of the store is difficult to maneuver as merchandise blocks the walk ways. The discount needs to be deeper if I have to shop in a mess. The only good thing is that the employees are friendly.

Location never has enough check out people and if they do they are all standing behind the registers hanging up clothes and not checking people out.

I shouldn’t have to wait in line for more than half an hour on a Saturday. The line is literally wrapped around and only 2 cashiers.

This Marshalls location surprised me! They have a lot of great holiday stuff right now from clothing, bags, and decorate items. Lots of Christmas stuff and pajamas!

Whoever the older woman with glasses was quickly dismissed the cashier to take a smoke break. This was highly unprofessional to the customer and her coworker who was checking me out and waiting patiently with me while her line backed up because she was left without any way to ask for assistance. I had a 2 set item that was missing a piece and wanted to know the pricing on it but was told they could not sell it separately. I don't know if this is true or not as the location in Southlake has handled similar situations much more professionally.
This was not the only piece like this either as the clearance and even regular priced racks had multiple sets missing pieces.
Manager/assistant manager I don't know who that lady was but please treat your employees and cashiers better and audit your store.

If I owned this store, I would make 5 separate cashier lanes. The current setup is not effective.

Shopping there on a Saturday isn't worth it, had to wait in line 27 minutes at ck out, like that every Saturday, I would go on a different day but that's my only day off!
