I am so irritated and upset right now I cant believe I fell for a scam WITHIN a company that I’m supposed to TRUST with my debit card info, and I have photo proof that literally there are random people ironically with massage envy credentials to make a customer believe it’s actually someone who works there and they literally took my debit card info and charged it. The manager told me “ah man, they do that all the time” are you kidding me? The owner of this location is well aware and did nothing, had the brave to charge me. I want my member ship cancelled this company and owner is a complete fraud.My name is Jonathan Edmond and my Wife Allison had opened me a membership with massage envy IN PERSON a few years ago, I visited 3 times, and totally was comfortable with the pay method the front desk set me up with. The therapist are good but their membership contracts were terrible for me at least. I followed the contract and gave a doctor's note to cancel the membership for now. I kept getting no problem, then got it was cancelled but was still getting charged for 3 months. Never can talk to a manager when you call, they will call back within 48 hours. It should not be that difficult.

I've been a member of Massage Envy for many years and, for the most part, have had good therapists. My negative comments have nothing to do with the therapists but more the policy of not allowing credits to be transferred. Most places are workable when credits have been accumulated, but I've found this Euless location to not be helpful. I will be cancelling my membership with a lot of unused credits.

First massage I’ve ever considered leaving in the middle of. The lady was really nice so I do it because that felt needlessly mean, but it was so bad. Burning my money would’ve been a better way of spending it. The state of texas might want to take a second look at the licenses of the people who work here. I wouldn’t return if the massages were free.

After my review I received a response from Massage Envy asking for me to reach out to them so "they can address" my concern. I did email them over a week ago and have not heard a word. It is apparent that they reply so it has the appearance they will want to resolve the matter! I am also still waiting on the Corporate Office to return my call from weeks ago!

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Do not sign up for a membership. It’s a complete scam. I could never make an appointment on a weekend and there is extremely limited availability. The managers suggestion was to book multiple in case I need to cancel or reschedule. I froze my card since I could never make an appointment and called this week to cancel. She told me I had 3 days to use 10 credits which is $700. I told her that’s impossible because I can never make an appointment. She said I could pay the monthly rate of $70 to reactivate since my account suspended since May. I explained I’m not going to pay another $70 to hopefully get an appointment. I called another location to cancel my appointment for a week from now since I can’t use my credits for it. The girl asked me why Glade Parks didn’t offer to freeze my membership for 3 months so I could use my credits before canceling. I didn’t know that was an option. I called back today to inquire and the manager said my since my membership was canceled I couldn’t do that. She instead offered me another 12 month commitment membership. You think you’re saving money by signing up for a membership but you’re not. I’m throwing $700 down the drain. Bad business practice and no customer service.
