We recently helped our parent's replace half of their split king bed necessitated by advanced cancer affects to our father. Bella at the Colleyville Mattress Firm was gracious in providing a generous discount to facilitate our needs. Upon delivery, it was discovered that we had given the wrong size dimensions to match our existing half king. Upon calling the Colleyville store, Michael was beyond kind and accommodating in returning the incorrectly ordered mattress. He then went to work conscientiously to find and provide an affordable and matching option that would also fulfill medical needs. He was beyond fabulous in benevolently providing an option that fulfilled all our needs affordably to our relief and delight. We would recommend this location with the highest ratings possible as fair and accommodating service was their total objective.

I took my friend to Mattress Firm because she needed to replace a very old mattress. Michael was very helpful, explaining everything about the mattresses and the different types of support boxes. Both he and Abigail are so friendly and did all they could to make the process easier.

The sales agent was SO wonderful and very helpful! I needed a simple mattress for our guest room. I wanted something inexpensive but good quality. I had already picked out what I wanted before going in. I did not feel one ounce of pressure to buy a more expensive bed…in fact she helped me find the very best deal! This is my second purchase with Mattress Firm! Both were excellent! I will always shop at Mattress Firm!
