After visiting 5 retailers that were unable to fill a balloon, I am so pleased that Michael’s allowed me to bring my own balloon for a helium fill for a small fee! Great service, will be back.

I come in here alot with my kids and all of the staff are so friendly. The store is very clean and there is a lady with short brown hair and glasses that is the best. She is usually near the front and she says hi and bye to everyone, always answers all my questions with a smile.

Please see my two-star rating for Hobby Lobby for my previous search for oven-baked modeling clay. What a HUGE difference. I walked into Michael’s and was immediately greeted by the cashier. I LOVE that. I walked down the clearly-identified aisles and found exactly what I was looking for, oven-baked modeling clay with complete instructions printed on the packed in English. At the check out counter I went to the self-serve and the same cashier proceeded to check out my items for me and struck up a conversation while doing so. I also LOVE this. Then quick as a whip he handed me my bag of items and wished me a good day. That’s probably why I shop way more at Michael’s and not at HobLob. And … Michael’s is locally owned.
