Very professional. They will greet you with a smile and friendly attitude.
They will give you a report of your car with pictures of everything they find, so you can make an informed decision on what to fix.
They will give you a ride to nearby locations, so I can leave the car and go to work and it is not an inconvenience.

Let me start by saying Chris was very personable! I made an appointment after calling ahead about my problem. AAA helped me figure out my problem by giving me a boost. When getting to Parra I let them know I needed a battery but the diagnostic test of $150 plus continued to be pushed. I was not ok with that. I ended up not only having to get a battery but a terminal. Although the wording was a little decisive on the report - recommended cleaning terminal. I was told it needed to be replaced not cleaned. I had heard Parra had great service and fair prices. $392 and 3 hours later makes me feel I’ll have to find equal customer service and better prices elsewhere in the future!

Alright, I went to get my AC fixed, when Justin I guess suggested replacing or filling up refrigerant could fix and I did that for a price I realized twice what it would cost elsewhere. I don’t mind that but the AC still didn’t work and I needed to go back and then they tell me your compressor is probably broken out, and this too they said probably. And the bare little AC which was working once in a while also stopped working after my second visit to them. I am sorry to say but this was such a trash experience for me.

Fantastic service! Justin was beyond professional and super helpful. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions fully. My car did need some other things done but they didn’t try to hassle me into doing them. My car is running perfectly again - would highly recommend

Justin and his team were AMAZING! I had to drive my vehicle out of state and suddenly had a leak. I was so stressed out. Took it in and Justin immediately took care of the issue. Vehicle made it all the way with no issues! Thanks Justin and his team!!!! DONT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE. TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

I have been brining my car here for years... Ron is amazing but I had a chance to work with Justin( manger) at another store in Euless he is so down to earth.... And reasonable prices for the ones on a budget plus they have in house financing ☺️...

I cannot express how amazing these guys are. I've had my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 for about 4 years and for 4 years these folks have given me fast, reliable, and friendly service with everything from an engine replacement to chasing wires. They can do it, and they do it well. They will always be my go-to anytime I need some work done on my vehicle. Justin is especially amazing. Good and fair charges aswell, they do not make any unnecessary recommendations. Thank you Parra.
