Took my vehicle in for a suspension diagnosis. Assuming I needed at least an alignment to be done I got a call back not long after drop off being told there didn't seem to be anything wrong with my suspension after a test drive and getting it on the lift. Most shops would of just done the alignment for the sake of doing one and charge me for it but they also mentioned that they didn't see it to be needed there didn't do one. When I picked up the vehicle I wasn't billed for anythingm I was pretty shocked. Not often I experience honest conversation with shops and charged accordingly. That said this location gets 5 stars from me for its integrity approach.

I dropped my car off for an oil change and had to leave for a doctor’s appointment. I came back to find my total bill was for over $150, just for an oil change. I know for a fact my car can take other options of full synthetic oil of 5 quarts. I’ve been to the other Midas off of NRH and they told me up front of which oil I would like for them to put in my car. BUT the one on 504 S Industrial Blvd, Euless TX 76040 were not transparent and never called me to explain anything. This whole time I thought they were to be a bit more professionalism with their services. I guess their quote, “we’re focused on creating a transparent, pressure free environment” is not true. Also, I now do not trust their slogan… “Trust the Midas Touch”
I gave them a 1-star due to lack of being transparent and not giving me a better car experience.

Super friendly staff, fast techs that were detail oriented ( a lot of techs miss the reset for oil changes in my console to keep track of my oil life span). Great spot for routine car maintenance

The Midas in Euless on Industrial Blvd is hands down the BEST shop around! Not only do I trust them completely with my vehicle, I've been doing business with them for over a decade. They're honest about their pricing, and I've checked to make sure. And their head mechanic, Matt, is the most professional and easy to talk to guy there is. He's know his stuff. I moved to the other side of the Metroplex years ago, but I still drive to this location because it's the best in DFW!

Josie and the entire Midas team were great. I had a vehicle that needed a Tow adjustment by the end of the day and they managed to work me in and out of the schedule in under an hour! A great price and great service, I'll definitely be using them again.

Thorough, but it took an hour and 15 minutes for an oil change. Definitely not a quick service but they did do a courtesy inspection of the vehicle.
