I am extremely disheartened by the actions of one of the maintenance workers. He went up to my room door yesterday around 4-5pm, bent down, and took our Autism (ADA) floor mat. Then he proceeded to place it at the corner of the hallway folded neatly with writing on the inside of that. Then another coworkers at front desk said at first it was the rainy weather. Then, after reviewing the security tape, then the front desk worker claimed he didn’t know who that was and claimed it was one of the guests in the room. How could the guest of the room wear a motel 6 shirt with the word “staff” in the back of it? After we demanded to get the rug back, another maintenance workers claimed he didn’t know what it was and he threw it in the dumpster with few trash bags over it. My husband spent 30 mins looking inside of the dumpster and it was nowhere to be found. They claimed that rug was thrown away after the trash man got there. Either one of the workers took it or they are not telling the truth. Then, they asked us to leave the room before we found out the truth. We asked them the reason why. They vaguely told us their system was down and wouldn’t let us check in past the two week mark. I know that’s not accurate. We stayed there 4 years ago and we stayed there for a month before. In addition, another guest was there before we were and they are still able to check in for additional night. In my heart, I truly believe my 7-year-old autistic son was being discriminated against by the whole hotel staff. Clearly, they do not understand the importance of supporting special needs kids to stay there. We found that out this morning.
This is what our mat looked like that he stole it! We are extremely disappointed of what took place.

Room smelled so bad. The toilet stopped up and flooded the bathroom. And roaches everywhere. We shortened our stay due to the horrible conditions of the room.

I want to give 5 stars to this motel 6 Euless—the time my friend and I stayed there the staff very helpful and understanding and housekeeper ladies hardworking! I definitely recommend this motel 6 to stay when you are in need and close. Thank you for all you did for me and my friend. I give five stars ⭐️

I canceled because i had the dates wrong and they were supposed to call me back to get the correct information but they never did but charged me $95.00. I had gone through and booked with Expedia since they canceled me but now I have 2 charges on my account. It was cheaper to go with Expedia. They sent me a canceled notice but I've been trying to find it and it's gone. I won't be going through them again.

Let's start with the young man running the front desk he was a very cold uninvolved person to be dealing with I'm not sure if he understands English or he just has some type of disability.

You better know how many days you're going to stay when you check in because if you stay one day and you don't pay for the next you got to check everything out at 11:00 remove yourself from the freaking room and then check back in which is absolutely redundant and ignorant there's no Hospitality there these people are terrible it's like a third world country in that motel room it's primitive insects running around and it's sad because that particular building could be so quaint and so warm and welcoming in those rooms if they were handled the right way bottom line don't waste your money

There is drug trafficking and activity at this location. If you notify management they dont respond or do anything to get the residents breaking the law out. I am an eldery woman and constantly see traffic all day and night in several rooms that when you walk by you can smell the drug chemical smell. There's an older couple when there door is open there is roaches all over and an elderly man sitting inside with an oxygen tank while 5 or 6 people inside smoking god knows what including cigarettes. With the door open you see how filthy the room is and trash. There smell of dog pee and poop as you walk by and if you glance in it there's dog feces and pee all over the floor. The couple and their guests fight plus they have 3 extra people living in a room meant for 2 people. I tried bringing to mangements attention but as you can guess nothing was addressed. I hope the hotel gets shut down because new owners need to buy renovate and clean up the crime and drug areas the hotel is known for being. I wont stop here I will call the city and any other agency willing to check into thimmese situations until it's finally addressed and fixed.

Always a pleasure to stay here
Its so convenient and its always clean
The staff is friendly and the rooms are always clean. No smells, no roaches, and no complaints. The microwave is in the lobby but its not really am inconvenience.
