Small, but extremely friendly branch bank. The ATM outside actually works, and everyone there was honestly interested in making sure I was taken care of. It is a longer drive for me, but I absolutely prefer this location to other Nevy Federal Credit Union locations.

Martez was assisting me in picking up a check, and had a very rude demeanor. I understand I did not have the correct documents but he began to become very short with me when I’m just asking if he can check and see if any of my other documents could be used to be validate me. A genuine thanks for being conscientious about my banking safety, but I know better customer service exists inside of you bud. Most people end things with, “have a good day”, not “you’re good to go” and walks away from desk immediately. Very unpleasant.

Incompetent member service rep and on top of that with an attitude. Navy federal as a whole has been very disappointing lately.

Not enjoying the McDonald's-style customer service here. On a Saturday first thing in the morning, teller had a side personal conversation with a different customer, which became more important than my business. Yeah - The focus on the customer (in front of you) has been lost at this branch. Too bad.

OH MY Goodness, Where do I Start...?! Father's day is very important to me because I lost my daughter s a few years ago...and Iuse the time to get away to relax, reflect and remember. I was not able to do that this year because we were victims of cyber theft... NFCU's Zero Fraud liability coverage/guarantee is a joke! After filing the claim, they not only did not give credit for the items that we did not charge, but they denied the claim all together. I have a meeting with the news media regarding being screwed twice...and this is unfortunate because as a son of a Veteran and a a Clergymen myself... I was truly disappointed to have been treated and robbed this way in plain sight ..

Very nice people working there but ... there is no privacy ... everyone in the lobby gets to hear why u r there, ur name,, ur phone number and the amount of your deposits/withdrawals. I do not feel safe with strangers having that info. nor walking out of there with people knowing how much cash I just withdrew.

Maria (teller at this location) is very nasty, unprofessional and disrespectful. I have had three uncomfortable interactions with her for no reason whatsoever on my part. She doesn't feel that asking me my code word is IMPORTANT TO HER. Actually it irritated her. The ONLY reason why I put a code on my account is that one location mistakenly sent my statements to my mother-in-laws (during my divorce). Maria should not be working face-to-face with any customer because she can't handle simple request. In addition, after asking Maria for my code word during our third interaction, she simply placed my driver's license down on her desk AND WALKED AWAY.

Their ATMs are trash. Longest wait I’ve ever had to wait at any bank ATM ever. 50% of the time, the atms refuse your cash deposit and spit it back out. I’ve had this same experience at all 3 of the branches that I’ve used. Customer service is lackadaisical, at best. I hate the headache of changing banks, but I think it might be time.

Unfortunately I have come to location about 3 times and have been severely disappointed each time. Will not be making this location my home branch and would advise anyone else to avoid the time and energy and keep driving to an alternate branch.

Great customer service as always. I've been a Navy Federal member for 24 years and I'm so happy this branch finally opened. A brand new facility that is clean and the employees are always very friendly and helpful. I'm at this branch every two weeks and I'm very pleased with the helpful staff and speed of service of the loan officers and tellers.

Well I left pretty disappointed. Their policy on joint account ownership between spouses is that only ONE person is the actual member, and although the other person has access to the account, they are not entitled to full services and benefits. I have been at many other credit unions and I have yet to see that. It was delivered in such a way that it forces you to open a second unneeded account. It really rubbed me the wrong way, so now we take our money elsewhere. Just be sure you understand all the access and benefit levels before you open accounts.

My experience was quite different than the person that did not have anyone to assist. When I walked in, the person greeted me and asked how they could help. I explained I had questions. She asked that I take a seat and someone would be with me. Before I could sit down, a lady called our name. Not only did she help, she went beyond the call of duty. She discovered we were at the wrong location and looked up the information for the correct location (which she did not have to do). She was very friendly.

It is good to see this location, is finally on Yelp. I usually visit the branch twice a month, the service here is always very professional and pleasant. The reason I chose Navy, was due to the lack of availability when it comes to USAA. There were times I needed to deposit a check and the app was down, or deposit a check that exceeded my deposit limit and was stuck. In those cases, I needed a close branch, or trust the postal service to not lose a check that needed to be deposited. I'd rather not be in that position again.
