I’ll be calling whoever I can to complain about the terrible customer service I received at the register tonight at 7:34 pm. The cashier was rude and dismissive when I asked about my total rewards and the discount I was receiving. Instead of trying to understand my concerns, she just kept talking back. I also told the other cashier, Sarah, that my cashier was rude, but she just said so & goodbye and went back to work. It’s inconsiderate that they treat customers this way. I’ll never be returning to this location. Cashier number is 3561340

Not a lot of apparel selections. Went in for boys clothing for back to school and they didn’t have a lot to choose from. Specifically for boy age 10-12.

I was in the store on July 3 to purchase an outfit that was on sale as I confirmed the price with the associate manager on the floor she advised that the price was correct. As I applied the cashier she (Crystal) gave me a look like as this is not right, and called her manager to the front as if I was giving her in correct information. She was very rude and disrespectful by immediate action of calling her manager when the price was correct. As I advised her that the manager had confirmed. I felt discriminated against by her actions and it was very uncalled for.

Clothing is strewn about and on the floor. Music is way too loud not to mention it's one foreign language song after the next. Forget about the people that were born here I guess. So forget about my money.

I remember when this was a store, I frequented a lot for my first nice clothes. Now I have my first grand baby. I have reasons to return, I went to purchase a pair of shoes but soon found out Old Navy is not the store I enjoyed coming to. I was sadend to find there was no range of shoes in sight.
