When shopping for clothes, many are worn and overpriced for being used. You can basically buy new at walmart for what they charge. Also when selling clothes, they reject a majority stating “over used” as a reason on items that are close to new. Then they offer to “donate” what they don’t want to buy.

Using the excuse of clothes smelling like “smoke” to not do your job and go through clothes is very lazy! Coming from a smoke free home!! I sell to different locations all the time and never have gotten told anything about a smoking smell , the current employees are just lazy and it clearly shows.

Took the time to pack in a heavy box full of clothes and shoes that were in great condition just to be told all of my items were getting passed. First red flag was I got a message less than 10mins after dropping off my items and I knew it was too much to go through in that short period of time(even with help). 2nd red flag when I got there my box was still in the same spot where I dropped it off at plus when looking inside the box everything was still placed how I packed it meaning nothing was moved or no one even went through it or anything and that was very lazy and unprofessional of the staff that worked on 11/08/2025 between the times 6:30pm-7:00pm. I will not use this location.

Previously I came into this location was surprised to find some really nice (new) shoes for my son. He has outgrown them so I thought let me try this store again! I went in just now all new people, and not a single one could be bothered to help me. I can’t see the signs hanging under the shoes behind the counter as the writing is small. I asked the employees if they had either 2 sizes I was looking for. I got mixed responses about how they have a 12( not what I asked), one girl said she’s too short to check, and the oldest lady (I’m assuming a manger because of her age) tells me those signs probably aren’t even accurate anyways. I asked if they could check, and I was told to go look at the shelf with the $20 shoes. I’m not understanding what the issue was with any one of those 3 employees who refused to get a step ladder and check the shoes like I asked. So if the boss wonders why those shoes arent selling it’s because your employees refuse to sell them.

Absolutely terrible experience today. Went in with my husband and we were blown away by the way a staff member (, A Large African Woman ) who has worked there for awhile was speaking to the younger staff members. she extremely degrading, yelling at them in front of us, embarrassing them to the point it was painful to watch. She spent the rest of the time complaining about how much she hates her job and doesn't want to be there , I believe her dissatisfaction with. her own job is why she was so obviously nit picking everyone . Those poor kids were working and trying but she would not let up. And this is not the first time I have witnessed her behaving this way . Since the management doesn't want to do anything we wont be coming back.

Went into store for the promotion for the 30 for 10 I saw how well the store was clean, while being hectic. I’m impressed by how well,they greeted me at the door while steeping into store. For a first timer being there two young lady’s helped my wife understand how the process worked. I just wanted to give Anna and KIKI for the great service.

Don’t leave unsold items for them to donate!!’nn Second time I’ve been here with quality items and they didn’t want to buy most of it but happy to “donate” what they didn’t buy. I purposely went through my items beforehand and checked each item for wear and damage and for name brand labels. I have been a customer in the past so I know what they like and what they charge for certain items. This second chance just proved to me what I suspected. The clothes that they didn’t buy included very gently used and name brand items. I have no doubt most would have been for sale and not “donated.” I’ll donate them myself.
