They need to teach these kids how to mop correctly, he started in the bathroom and finished by the dining area...well...all the pee and smell of the bathroom was in that mop and he brought that smell and spread it all in the dining area... please teach these kids to start in the dining area and finish in bathrooms, or to change the water between the areas...all I smell is dirty toilets while waiting for my food. Definitely does not leave a good feeling, lucky the food is not for me because my appetite is completely gone.

I am a huge fan of Panera Bread. The staff is always nice and efficient. Inside the establishment is always very clean and orderly. Just about everything on their menu.Vegetarian options: I myself am not a vegetarian, but I know they offer a variety of options for those that are.Parking: Depending on the time of day and traffic, sometimes it can be a bit difficult to get out.Wheelchair accessibility: This establishment is ADA compliant

We ordered 4 people worth of food for delivery. A sandwich for the buy 2 was missing for one of our girls. When we tried to call, no one would answer the phone! I get busy lunch hours, but there is no excuse to not have someone answer a call and find out that they did not deliver the meal paid for. The bread was thrown in the bag not in a food holder, no butter provided, and the list goes on for bad service and delivery. WE had to pay delivery charge plus an automatic no editing of tip at 15% prior to even getting our food delivered. Now I am missing food and can't get service to answer and fix the error. This is why people get angry with paying for services that suck! We can't control the payment when there is bad service or lack of delivery. I think it is really bad customer service to get a tip prior to delivery and service rendered.After 10x of calling, I finally got someone to answer and tell me they could make a sandwich if we came to pick it up, as if we paid for delivery to have that happen. NO! So the best he could do was refund the meal that was missing the sandwich. That was as good as we could get. I am thankful for that much, but do not recommend delivery moving forward since it is so costly with fees and tip charges and there is no guarantee you will get the order correctly. :(

There was hazelnut coffee in the dark roast coffee pot. BE CAREFUL! I AM ALERGIC. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME MANY TIMES AT DIFFERENT PANERA LOCATIONS. MY FAULT THIS TIME SINCE IT HAS HAPPENED BEFORE. ALWAYS SMELL THE COFFEE BEFORE DRINKING IT.

The soup I got was cold. I ordered the fuji apple chicken salad, and it had one apple crisp and literally no chicken. What I got was a bowl of lettuce with a couple tomatoes and walnuts. Absolutely not worth what I paid for it, especially considering I paid for meat and didn't get any.

My thirds time order sandwiches from this location. Usually order from Arlington one. Always order same thing Frontega chicken sandwich and always got chicken look like this, chopped really fine. The other location never did this.

Food was on point. Fresh, full of meat, veggies, and condiments.Service was not at it's best. Employees were not very alert as I stood at the counter to get a cup for a fountain drink for approximately 3 minutes and there were people there, even made eye contact. And before you ask they did not have any by the kiosk.The tables were dirty with crumbs from the last customer and the floors were dirty with trash and bits of food.Overall the store could do a better job, otherwise I recommend coming here.

Had a horrible experience here, bread was extra hard, only got half a sandwich, one sandwich was wrong. Called in and the manager at the time Bayden was very professional, understanding, polite handled it the way a manager should gave me a comp order came in the next day and the food was much better Thankyou Mr. Bayden!!!

Drive through service is consistently slow, to the point where I choose a different restaurant when I don’t have the time to wait 20 minutes, with only one car ahead of me.

Great place for lunch. The location was clean and the staff were attentive and friendly. I appreciated the speed of ordering and receiving my food.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of foods items for children to choose from.

Food was good. Condiments by the soft drinks was dirty, no napkins or lids.Ordered a cinnamon roll and it was not good. Hard and just little flavor! Way of cooking it had been changed and this was just a flat roll! I won’t go to this location again!Vegetarian options: Was not looking for vegetarian dishes

Many of items were out of stock. The coffe bar has only one type of coffee. I’ve been to this place many times, sometime I get luck to have a quality service, sometimes things have been pretty rough.

Gotta love waiting 20 minutes at the window for 2 chocolate chip muffies and a bagel with no one else in line or in the parking lot… all you can see is all the people inside just standing around. When we finally got our food and asked why it took so long the girl at the window just shut the door and walked away. Terrible service.
