I have been here for 3 years. Mrs Nicole and Mrs Christine are amazing and always helpful.Mrs Shameka is also an amazing person.I love my apartment where I’m located is so peaceful. Thank you ladies for everything you done for my family.

I lived here for a year 5-2022/6-2023,this Property is well maintained,very peaceful and quiet,the leasing agent Mrs Nicole were very helpful,she gets the job done.she makes a difference in the community.She's very Professional and makes sure that maintenance request is done in a timely manner,Ms Shameka on the other hand is very rude and always taking cigarette breaks,but I must say if u need to speak with Ms.Kristen(Property Manager)you might want to make a appointment to do so as if she works in the Whitehouse ?(Very Bougie).she will tell you the computers not working when it does.and will walk off while you talking to her in the middle of a conversation.but overall the Apartments itself is very nice.

I love the manager, she is very good and respectable, and the workers who work at the office are that they are very good and work from the morning when you ask for anything.

The office ladies are trash they tried to put me out with no warning or nothing try too give me a piece of paper with no court or Constable papers and try too to take money from housing and try too make housing look like I still stay there and still get paid will they put me out with out housing knowingThese apartments not good for no one to move till new management they have roaches and mice

The inside of the apartment is awesome, spacious, the patio is also spacious, the laundry room is a great size and there's a large garden tub in the Master bedroom.The outside is a little different. I can't say the same. The employees work so hard to keep the community clean every single day but a lot of the tenants and their kids or horrible and nasty and do not care about keeping the community clean. If u are looking for peace and quiet in your living space U WILL NOT GET IT PERIOD. I've been here 4 years and im so miserable. I have to sleep with earplugs to tune out noises at night after 11pm and during the day I have to turn the volume on my TV to 100 to tune out the noise from children that are not disciplined who's allowed to run and jump inside the apartment. The running and jumping inside the apartment is so severe. I've had pictures and wall decorations fall over the years.. Smells come through the vents as if u are the one cooking or smoking. I will say with all the negative things I stated the New Manager whose been here for the past 2 years is awesome, she listens and she's doing her best to get rid of all the bad seeds. 9h and we have a great Security Officer who patrols and does a great job addressing, documenting and reporting the foolishness. Sooo if anyone wants to take their chances please move to the third floor and ask to move where's there's less noise. Thank u for reading and I hope it helps. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE

I was the Assistant Property Manager here at POE for 3 years and although it had its ups and downs, I will say my residents were what made it enjoyable coming to work daily. The love that they showed me on a daily basis from just coming into the office to say hello, or making sure I stayed fed was immeasurable. I truly miss them at times!!! I tried my best to make sure every person that stepped foot in that door felt important and was taken care of. You can't always please everyone.

The leasing agent I worked with shameeka is rude, at least that's how she comes off. She's dismissive not understanding and has a very bad attitude. Definitely leaves a bad taste to where I don't even want to move in at this point. Then it seems as though they never answered the phones. I've actually seen shameeka wave at the phone as it was ringing versus picking it up! The door says they're closed at six but they're gone by 5:30 then if you so happen to catch them prior they're rushing you out. Poor customer service skills. Horrible actually.

This is still the best apartment I've ever lived! I love everything. The manager is the best ever. I believe they have some of the same issues as ALL apartment complexes have and that's no reason to give a bad review.

They change locks and just leave a note on your door to call office. You call office and no one is there. You leave messages your locked out and no one calls back. It has been 3 hours and no one has called back.
