UPDATE: JANUARY 2026. The facility now indicates they have NO loading carts, claiming the only one they had was apparently stolen. The only ONE in a three story storage unit. This is ridiculous 😒
Update: 11.21.2025. I started moving my items only to discover there is only one loading cart.
This location really needs to do better. They only have ONE loading cart for the entire facility, which is unacceptable for a place where people are constantly moving heavy items in and out. It slows everyone down, creates long waits, and makes an already stressful process even more frustrating. The facility itself is fine, but the lack of basic equipment like carts shows a real disregard for customer needs. I hope management addresses this soon — it’s a simple fix that would make a huge difference.
Sherry was a phenomenal help upon securing the storage unit. I really appreciate her excellent customer service.

If at all possible dont move your things here. My experience has not been convenient the elevator is always down and there are no dollies to move your things in and out. I would avoid storing my things here all together. Also beware that if you move mid out month and you pay a full month you will not be reimbursed for the remainder of the month.
