My wife a cardiovascular intensive care nurse stop by the neighborhood QuickTime kitchen at Basswood ans I 35W after working a 14 hr shift.She was purchasing food from the much advertised " QT" kitchen.The fresh condiments including the pico were frozen.She told the person working the check out and they laughed at her and offered no reason .No refund was offered and extremely poor training and education of customer service. STAY AWAY !

First the QTea drinks were always 2 for $2, then went to $3, now $3.50 and then if that wasn't enough profit for you, you make the bottles 16 ounces instead of the original 20 ounce and still charging $3.50. SMH, will never get another dollar from me.

This review is for the brand new store in Nash, Texas (near Texarkana). This store has been open almost a month and the frozen drink machines have basically not worked especially the frozen hot chocolate. And today the whole store is shut down supposedly the server is down.

I have been a consistent customer to the QTStores in the DFW area for several years with little to no complaints. But this year I have noticed a huge drop off in service and employee knowledge. I went into the store less than 3 miles from the corporate office in Euless to purchase a sandwich combo and the first employee overcharged me!I asked her about the combo that was listed on the window in front of the ordering window and she was oblivious to the sale!And then when she asked a more seasoned employee that employee made up an excuse to make me look like it was my mistake. In the end I was right but more importantly is the proper training of the staff. I went to another location this morning and purchased the breakfast pizza, when I opened the box I discovered there were minimal toppings and even missing meat toppings!! I will return both slices and probably not buy anymore food until they get back to normal.

The QT in Lindale changed my opinion of QT forever! Friday night, Nov.4th, myself, 12 girls all under 13 and 3 other adult women were travelling for a church event,.we stopped at QT in Lindale like always for a snack and bathroom break, while we were there the weather sirens went off 2 tornadoes had been spotted, so instead of offering shelter, they rushed us through checkout and literally kicked 4 women and 12 little girls out with sirens sounding off, they locked the doors behind us. We went next door to racetrack and their employees were at the door trying to get everyone inside and give them shelter. QT if this is your normal protocol I'm very disappointed and will never be a customer again. That was absolutely inhumane , it's really ani incredibly sad thing when your employees can't help their fellow man or in this case, women and 12 terrified little girls. We did call Lindale PD and reported the incident If it was possible I would have given zero stars!

The QT in Gainesville TX just off I-35 and Summit road has much “out of service” tape on there drink stations- ATM- Ice dispensers- coffee machines- debit/credit card machines- gas pumps they could make an army of mummies with it! Area supervisor WHERE ARE YOU???

i can not believe they dump the coffee BETWEEN 5 and 7 am. i have been there several times and this is happening. that the busiest time of the day. expecially for truck drivers.

You have a white person working at the QT off of Zang Blvd in Dallas, that has a nasty attitude towards black customers. I am so sorry that I didn't get his name but you need to find better customer service people.He is a heavy set guy.

The lady who answers the phone when you call is very rude and not helpful. I'm not sure who it was since she only answers saying please hold and doesn't state who she is.

Record profits and as an employee we get out bonuses taken away. Raises are .25-1.50$. I haven’t had a raise in three years. Amazing how people think this company is great.

BEWARE PURCHASING GIFT CARDS$450 dollars taken off 3 separate gift cards within a 10 day span. Cards never left my possession so suspect the employee who checked me out. (Maybe they took a photo).Transaction history for QTs all over DFW metroplex, much like an employee moving from store to store.Qt corporate stated they think it’s an outside entity who is manipulating the card numbers.So either their employees are untrustworthy, or their cards are untrustworthy. All together, please do not purchase cards from ANY QTs in the DFW area. If anyone wants specifics, I can certainly point out which store I purchased the cards and to stay away from.QT is supposedly sending reimbursement as expected, but certainly did nothing and said nothing to fix or ensure the issue would not happen again.

Was so excited about the new Euless store til the past week when told daily kitchen is closed by same guy daily.... 3 to 4 ppl working but he tells me they are to short handed to make anything..... I spend 50 bucks daily in that place 30 to 40 in the kitchen alone to be told daily for a week I can't get food unless I walk somewhere else after working a 10 hour shift .... and with crohns this is only place in morning I can even find food I can digest....
