This location is not the same since Bryan left! I use to come every day, sometimes twice a day, and always enjoyed getting to chat with Bryan. He made his customers feel like friends. Without him, the store feels…..boring. Please bring him back. He was an asset to your team!

I hate that they don't have hot chocolate anymore or sugar free hot drinks for the diabetic people it's sad and how can we keep warm if they don't have hot cocoa?

Quick Trips have all kinds of food & drink to choose from plus vehicle fuel and so far are always somewhat busy. That makes it less scary & intimidating than smaller scale places that seem aloof because they are empty, employees are playing with phones- if U can find them- talking to friends, and generally not letting customers know it's a safe place to be as no one seems concerned with the safety and needs of their patrons.
Every QT I have visited seems to have emphasized the art of greeting in their employee onboarding & training This is much appreciated as it gives a walk in customer an idea of what to expect and possibly if the store is some place they really want to patronize.

Never ever have I ever been treated crappy from a QT employee all of them have always been exceptional outstanding and super respectful today Mr. Oliver working the cash register 6:30 PM May 15 got so frustrated and I asked him why are you being so rude? Why are you upset and his words were? It's just I'm just I don't know what the hell is that mean because I didn't know what flavor of tobacco pouches my friend wanted. I can't tell you how many times he stared at me and pushed me to hurry ONE PERSON WAS BEHIND ME
He didn't even bag up all my stuff, just rushing me out the door. I get that it's a convenience store. I get that it's fast but don't be rude and don't push me out the door and don't respond back that you're irritated with me. Oliver, you need to learn some manners. This is Texas son!

Best gas station, hands-down. Not only all the gas prices typically on the lower side, and they offer such a wide range of snacks and beverages nice hot coffee, cappuccino machines, etc. The staffis amazing.amazing and friendly.

The restrooms are large and clean. They always say hello at the door. I created some art from their inspiration. "QT is always there for your horsepower." (I bet they will be around when our horsepower is electric.") Thanks for the clean restrooms. ))

I’d give more stars if this location wasn’t right next door to their D/FW corporate office. Generally, this store is ok. Not near the same customer service as other locations. Also, anytime I’ve tried to use the air pump at this location, it’s broken. Thing stays broken. Probably won’t be back to this one after today.
