Cashier forgot to give me my change. Manager named Ada had me wait until the rest of the guests were checked out to review cameras to make sure I was not attempting to scam them. They had me standing at the register for 20 mins while they looked over footage and checked other guests out.

This store has really gone downhill. Everything is dirty and disorganized. Went for a quick shopping trip and struggled to find anything in the piles of stuff laying around.

Stay away from this Ross location. It's dirtier every time I go. They play *disgusting* trashy music and NOBODY smiles. Depressing. They literally could change that overnight with some cleaning products, a change in the playlist, and some smiles - but they just don't bother. Avoid avoid.

I lost a remote to my electric skateboard which is something that would be worthless to anyone but me. So I went and asked a manager real quick who was not working at a register, she got noticably angry at my question and pointed to the back of an about 30 person line at the time and told me to wait back there and she can't answer until I waited in line. I looked at her confused because I clearly wasn't buying anything and after about 5 seconds she yelled they haven't seen or picked it up (all i was aking for anyway). So she wanted me to wait a half hour for a no while it got ran over in the parking lot I suppose. Very strange interaction, I found it in the parking lot though so all is well.

All the employees are very welcoming and helpful . They go above and beyond for their customers .. I drive 20 to 30 min just to shop at this particular store because of how welcoming friendly and clean they are .. every time we come Roma and salimah always welcome me and my daughters and go above and beyond for their customers . I highly recommend this store ..

Pretty busy location with understaffed team.. I stayed on the line for 30 minutes to check out just 2 items. Terrible customer service

I like this store for household items. I'm disappointed though because of the clothing items. A few years ago this store had a nice selection of dresses, and skirts. I don't see much of that anymore.

Black lady that does the fitting rooms in the back her name is agua she is absolutely rude and told me I am not allowed back into the fitting rooms or Ross because I did not follow procedures. I did everything I was supposed to do. And she said I did not do that so I'm not allowed back. I feel like it was because I wasn't quick in hanging up all the clothes in my hand but it was a lot of stuff and she kept snatching the clothes out my arm because I wasn't being quick. Worse experience in my life. I spoke with the manager and she said there's a lot people back there and she didn't know who I was talking about but I gave her the name of the woman and everything. The manager said she will handle it but she doesn't know who I was talking about so how is she supposed to.
