Was a very nice place with multiple gathering spaces. Nice large entry. Only 4 stars because with the max capacity bathrooms don't have enough stalls so there ended up being a line.

This venue owner was extremely unprofessional and discriminatory. There were two events happening simultaneously, and the music from the other event was so loud that it disrupted our gathering. Guests from the other event repeatedly came into our space, asking us to turn our music down, which the owner allowed without any consideration for our event. Some of their attendees, including children, even entered our party and started dancing, with no control or intervention from the owner.
To make matters worse, the owner accused us of having more guests than we paid for, and in the middle of our event, he sent an employee in to count our guests. Despite our numbers being within the agreed limit, he threatened to shut down our event unless we paid an additional $600. The entire experience felt like extortion. I would never recommend this venue to anyone—it's worth paying more elsewhere for a more organized and respectful service.

Attended an event here, the exterior is nice but parking is very limited we had a hard time finding parking had to wait for someone to leave so we could take their spot and attend our event.
I highly recommend you make sure another event is not occurring the same day otherwise it will sound like a battle of the DJs the partition walls are pretty thin so we could hear the other party’s music and they complained they could hear ours. The other party set up the day before I guess so they took over the kitchen completely and we couldn’t get space in the kitchen as Previously discussed with the owner. Also the changing room which was used as extra storage for the other party so our celebrant had to walk around and change in the dirty bathroom.
The bathroom was a mess and poorly stocked with no upkeep occurring through the night. There was always a line outside the women’s door.
The air conditioning must not have been working because the hall was over heated and stuffy we kept needing to step outside to cool down and get some air.

If you are going to rent this place, bring extra money $$$$$, they will always find something to charge you or rather steal your money and read the contract 10 times ask every little doubt you have why that is where you find the excuse to grab extra money out of your pocket, before the event they are the friendliest people in the world. Afterwards, forget it, there is no respect with the attendees.

A Disappointing and Embarrassing Experience at Saphire Banquet Hall
We recently celebrated our 10-year-old son's birthday party at Saphire Banquet Hall, and unfortunately, it was far from the experience we expected. The venue has multiple sections, and on the day of our event, another party was taking place in the neighboring hall.
The music from that event was so loud that it completely drowned out our own speakers, making it impossible for our guests to hear anything. When we played our music, the owner and guests from the other hall repeatedly asked us to lower the volume, even though their music was much louder. It made me question whether the venue’s demarcation was soundproof at all.
At one point, the owner even took it upon himself to turn down our DJ's music without any discussion, which was both unprofessional and frustrating.
We requested 100 chairs, however the charger plates the decorator used for each chair were less than 90, to add to the disappointment, when I decided to rent more chairs, the owner claimed that 40 chairs were missing from behind a curtain and demanded $25 per chair. He had his staff come into the party to physically count our guests, despite having CCTV in his office.
At one point, he came to the hall, demanded immediate payment, and when I asked to handle it later so I could attend to my guests, he YELLED at me to follow him immediately. He even instructed his staff to disconnect the electricity if I didn't pay on the spot—which was incredibly concerning given that we had many children in the room. Even after making the payment, he insisted on verifying it before allowing us to continue with our celebration.
His constant demands for money every 30 minutes or so were not only unprofessional but also embarrassing. Our guests noticed the owner’s behavior and asked what was going on, which took the joy out of the party. We ended the event earlier than expected because of the harassment, and I was left feeling mortified.
Overall, it seemed like the owner was more concerned about squeezing extra money out of us than providing a positive experience. It was clear he played favorites, as the neighboring hall had around 500 guests, and we were treated as an afterthought. Even as I write this, I am yet to get over the shock and embarrassment.
For nearly $5,000 paid, I expected premium service, but what we got was harassment and poor treatment.
If you're considering Saphire Banquet Hall, I urge you to think twice. Our experience wasn't an isolated incident—many other reviews echo similar frustrations.

I recommend sapphire for your next event. The venue is beautiful and everyone is nice.
I also want to recommend nelsadecor for your next event decorations. Ask for her at sapphire. She did an amazing job. Last but not least the food from toro was delicious definitely recommend!

They have a big hall that can be adjusted according to the audience size. Decent parking size. The tall chandeliers could make it a little difficult to plan around but adds to the decor if incorporated well. Great staff.

For the price you paying it’s ridiculous, you get treated like a piece of trash, they made my 15 year old sister cry causing her 200 dollars make up to be ruined right before the event happens, the contract will be changed no matter what they will charged you extra for nothing, the place it’s just dumb, and their excuses of being new it’s stupid. not worth the money you paying. Hope this review helps someone and chose a better place.
