I was very happy with the food quality as always! I really appreciated the store teams willingness to remake my salad when I forgot to take off cheese. I was just going to pick it off but they without being prompted offered to do it !! Thanks so much to the team for going above and beyond !

The original turkey sandwich was amazing don't get me wrong, the cinnamon rolls were HORRIBLE!! I got 2 classic rolls and they tasted days old. There were hardly any icing on either of them. I wish they would give out fresh ones since they cost so much!

All I asked for was no mustard I get home and it's just covered in mustard. It was 1 simple ask and that wasn't done. Please take 5 seconds and get the orders correct. All I had was 1 sandwich nothing else, this wasn't a hard order.

First of all this location needs better trained workers. I ordered food online on Jan 7th. I have never ate at Schlotzsky's before, so with that being said what was offered on the online ordering menus is what I ordered. When I arrived some kid at behind the counter said oh there are some things that we could not make. I said ok like what He said we are missing some items for the Reuben and the French dip we do not have the juice. I said ok so what is missing on the Reuben? He basically name off all the items including the rye bread. So I said well what is it then? He said we just made it with what we had. So base bread and meat. I said well that is not a Reuben so can I get a refund for the Reuben and French dip. He spent his time texting the owners or a manager who could not be bothered to at least speak to me on the phone. This kid then told them to refund my whole order. Which was already made, so I did not receive any food at all. So he stated that I would be refunded within 1-3 days. Well here WE ARE ON THE 29th of JAN!! I have called, I have entered on their general website. NOT ONE PHONE CALL in regards to my experience or my refund. Now you can mess with a lot of stuff with people, but two Major things you do not mess with is Family and Money! At this point they have done both. I scrambled that night to find something else to feed my family and my Money well lets hope after my attempt today I at least get that back. What really blows my mind is This was not my issue!! I did not reject their food because I made a mistake! It was theirs!! I am afraid with this kind of service I may never try a sandwich or any other food from here. I mean No one could even call to say hey we don't have these items anymore what can we do for you instead? Has the world lost all common sense? Lets just make a sandwich the customer didn't order in hopes that they will take it or they don't and the staff gets to keep it. I bet they make lots of mistakes but then again perhaps the food sucks here and the staff would never eat it. I have no clue how it is due to the poor customer relations and lack of communication and poor judgement. I realize fast food workers only make X amount of money. But how is that my problem when the company they work for charge a good amount of money for product that I apparently did not receive! What happened to a company being accountable for their mistakes and taking ownership of them? Making it right for the customer? At least refund my money on food I did not receive. That and a phone call to apologize for the experience and let me know that they would talk to Corp about the website ordering items being wrong. WOW that simple and was not done. Not even a try. Way to go on a major Fail!! I hope this helps someone else not to order from at least this location that is just down right wrong!

They let me eat in store 15 minutes to close.....Thank you!! Glade refused recently, and I had to eat in the Glades parking lot. These guys and gal fixed me up quickly and didn't make me feel unwanted. In response, I ate quickly and with no mess left behind. I managed to get my last bite of my deluxe original in right at 9 pm, lol. I wiped up the hot sauce drips and ate the sandwich over the bag so crumbs went on it. Wiped the table, refilled my lemonade, and scooted out the door with a thanks to the crew as I walked out. It's very much appreciated to be able to not eat in my car when I've been driving it for 6 hours already.

Great sandwiches with many varieties of ingredients and bread to select. The staff was fast and friendly. The dining area was spotless and the drink station was fully stocked. Although still sandwiches, these are a step above fast food without the procedures of table service restaurants. Pizza and wrap options for those not into sandwiches. Cinnabon deserts make the perfect ending. This is easily a weekly choice.
