Went in to purchase a particular mattress. Watch out for Justin … convinced me to order another one because the floor model mattress was softer & it would take months to get the one i wanted I let them know 6 months later it’s not soft like the floor model & he said because its because we weren’t fat enough to break it in … have my kids come jump on it. I let him know again a month later still not soft. He said he can’t do anything about that but if i wanted the floor model mattress i could trade it out ?…. I spent 5k on a mattress i cant sleep on Save yourself time, energy & $ and just go to Costco. They take care of their customers. I support small businesses but not when they don’t care of their customers. Buyer beware. Also justin will have you fill out a Google review on the spot when you’re checking out because he gets money for the positive reviews…. I told him i wouldn’t do that I’m waiting for the entire experience! Well justin ur not getting paid on this review !

Been a Sleep Number customer for over twenty years. Excellent quality. Most restful sleep on any mattress I've ever tried. Josh helped me today with pillow protectors. Excellent service.

Very frustrated with this purchase! Issue with customer rep selling me on Flex King, only to call me later telling me that it was a mistake and I would have to pay 1200.00 more dollars. No thank you! Now, I got the bed delivered and it deflates after 5 minutes. Been on phone for an hour with customer service troubleshooting it. It is a pump, air chamber and hose issue. Now I have to wait 4 days for a technician to come out and replace parts! Spent a ton of money on this bed and have to deal with all this frustration. And on top of it, no manager called me and offered any help or credit. Very disappointing!

I bought the sleep number online and then decided I should go into the store and see if it was the right one I wanted. I decided to switch so the sales rep told me to call online and cancel the order and they will reprocess it in the store. I decided to get the Flex King. She provided me the quote and I paid. I came home and got the confirmation email and the flex king was not on there. I called the store and they apologized and told me it was their mistake and I would have to pay $1200.00 more to get the Flex King. WOW! No, thank you. And nothing was done to credit me at all. Then, I get the bed delivered this morning and within 5 minutes, the bed fully deflates. I call the drivers and they troubleshooted it with me. Again, the bed fills up and deflates completely within minutes. I've been on phone with customer service for an hour....finally they see that it's the chamber, air hoses, and pump! Have to wait four days for a technician to come out and replace! Not happy with this purchase!
