Jackie and all the other tellers are always very knowledgeable and professional. The staff at this location always take care of me and I always see them taking care of other customers. This is a great bank.

This bank decided to change their bill pay software. All of the credit cards, phone bill, internet service, etc. bills that were being automatically paid got screwed up. I started receiving emails and phone calls asking why i had not paid my bills. When they converted, they gave the accounts weird names like my Mastercard showed up as SWE card. I had to make several phone calls and all i got was "Sorry". The final straw was my cell phone bill is not able to be automatically paid so I will have to monitor and go in every month and change the payment amount. And, all the payment history is gone. Terrible system.

This bank has awful customer service, if I could rate them 0 stars I would! They will hold your funds without any legitimate reason as to why! To top it all off the customer service agents they have working in the call center “helping” customers is the most horrendous display of customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!!!

Opened an account on Saturday for online investment was told it would not be available until Tuesday due to MLK day. No problem. Go to log in on Tuesday to take advantage of the drop in the crypto market and the start of a foreseeable long bull market. Access denied. Website told me to call the bank and the bank said due to snow in Tyler I would not be able to access my online account? Seems fishy that bad weather has halted an automatic computer function. Could not tell me when I would be able to access my account. But don't worry we have your money. No s*** that is the problem you have it and I can't access my investment funds on the most volatile trading day in 20years. Not a good way to begin a business relationship.

Very slow service
