Ordered some business cards through Canva at this location. Ordered this morning and I called to see if they were ready yet. The guy at their copy and print center said "They are not ready, we just received it this morning and they are not due until 2/9". One might think, "well if they are not due, what is the problem". The issue is that today is 2/6. So it will take 3 days for them to print 100 cards when they have the machines literally at their store to print them. This is not Amazon where I have to wait 3 days for it to be delivered. This is them, working 8-8 everyday (I don't know their store hours) for 3 days thinking "eh they are not due until 2/9" When I order from Fed Ex, they are done right away. And I've been to that staples, we've all been to staples. Let's be honest, they are not busy. There is a reason Staples is not relevant anymore. This is a good example why. The guy could've said "they are not completed yet, we have been busy with a bunch of other orders that came in." Something. Nope, just "stop bothering me they are not due for 3 days" Staples, you won this time but I will not be doing business with you anymore lol

Was just in printing something as a gift for a friend (12/27/23 - helped by a curly haired guy and a girl named Christy - maybe?!). They were helpful in getting it formatted and printed but I somehow managed to bend the print somewhere between leaving staples and my front door! Went straight back and they reprinted it for me with no charge and were really kind about it! Great and friendly customer service and I’m very grateful!

Review of the company and not the individual store.I needed same day prints. While I was creating my order (online) they changed their cutoff time for same-day pickup to be earlier. So, I was unable to get same-day prints from Staples.Life happens, and it turned out I needed to print materials earlier than was originally planned. Life happens, and a business changed their hours for a specific service.I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Went in to print documents I needed since I could not print from home. The boy in the printing department directed me to a computer to print from, but it was locked. For several minutes he been going back and forth with someone via radio to unlock it, at which point, I just decided to leave after that time. If a manager was in the building, why were they not on their way up to the front as opposed to being on the radio and telling me to just hold on for several minutes? Furthermore, if you’re going to have employees working in that department, shouldn’t they need to be able to know how to access those computers that way their customers can use them. Otherwise, why have them to work in that department? Furthermore, the boy working in that department was not dressed properly for his job. Skinny jeans rolled up past the knees are not proper work attire.Poorly organized and highly unprofessional.

I go here on a regular basis and I'm always treated with respect, helped by polite and very helpful employees, and the store is well equipped and maintained. I've had many great shopping experiences here and I'll continue to shop here.

Every time I come there’s always a girl at the printing station (with short hair) who is rude and doesn’t look like she wants to work. I’ll just stick to the staples in Southlake :)

Nabeel is awesome. Helpful, friendly and always willing to take care of anyone who walks in. I would have given him 100 stars if I could. He’s so humble and kind. Does the job right and is very knowledgeable. He’s quiet and is always at the print center but when it comes to help his customers he goes far beyond your expectations. I was told by someone else he’s leaving, Staples.. please don’t let him go. Employees like him are rare, he’s a really good asset for your team.

Almost all the lights of the store were off, which was really dark. The price of the ink for my Epson printer was + $20 more expensive than on Amazon. So we ordered it on Amazon, and they would deliver today before 2:00 pm

I had an Amazon return to take care of. This location was close and convenient. I was greeted as soon as I walked up and was taken care of efficiently and welcoming. It made something disappointing very easy to take care of. The coupons were a great plus too.
